Small, clean, perfectly placed, walking distance to everything, comfy beds, room is serviced daily, we will be back for sure. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit

The bathroom had black mold all over the bathtub/shower and the room smelled like hospital cleaner. Horrible water pressure in shower, and toilet took multiple flushes to work. On our last day before we checked out we went to breakfast to come back to our room being cleaned by maid service at 930am. Check out is at 11am. I had to inform the maid service that the manager was to hasty and had to have her leave the room. However, she left cleaner in the tub and took all our amenities so we couldn't shower before leaving. It was very unprofessional of management to try to force out a paying customer early. Especially three hours early with no regard to our privacy. Luckily we took all our things out before breakfast. Upon leaving and dropping off our key card the manager was rude, not even apologizing for the inconvenience he caused us or the maid service who was embarrassed by her boss's decision. We apologized to her and let her know it wasn't her fault. We won't be going back anytime soon. The one good thing about this stay was the view from the room window. That was amazing. If only the rest of the stay could compare to that.

Was very nice just remember to lock your door I was sleeping and the cleaning lady’s walked in on me twice, not angry just saying if you don’t want people cleaning in the room your sleeping in just lock it. Great stay over all though.

The hot water doesn’t work at night because not a lot of people have run their showers. So you have to let the shower run for 10 minutes before you’re ready to take a shower wasting a lot of water. The mattress was hard as a wooden plank. They only have a small space heater to heat up the room so you’ll need to leave that on during a cold day. Also bring your own pillow because theirs are as flat as a pancake. It was overall very clean and the staff was very kind. Great view and location to the nearby shops. You can see the ocean from your window if you’re on the right side.

This is a lovely motel in a beautiful quiet town. Anytime I’m in the area I would be delighted to return.

Priced right. I would’ve liked a Keurig coffee maker lol. Smelled heavily of bleach. Owners very nice. Bed semi comfortable. Sheets semi soft. BUT I am VERY particulate about my bedding. No continental breakfast so I just grabbed stuff for breakfast ie; donuts etc during my stay.

Lovely, locally owned property with super sweet personal touches. Wonderful location for walking into town or to the embarcadero. Loved the value. Only rec/feedback is to update the mattresses as there were slopes to both of our mattresses from the weight/impact of other guests who had slept on them.

Beautiful view from the room and very affordable. Walking distance to the waterfront restaurants and Morro Rock. Easy drive to SLO and other great locations and hiking trails.

It is close to the waterfront and the bed is comfortable but we did not find the staff that friendly.

It was very clean and decorated in friendly colors. That said the mattress and mattress cover made horrific creaking noises at the slightest movement. I am not super picky about mattresses, but the squeaking was too much for me. For that reason alone I would not return.

Room had no area to hang or store clothing. There was no closet, no hangers and no drawers. The clothing rack near the bed had no hangers.

No AC!!! Horrible water pressure, NO AC!!Hard mattress, smelled bad... NO AC Door was difficult to lock.... NO AC!! NEEDS A REMODEL BADLY! my wife made me miserable when she saw this place... Just don't, it's not even cheap just horrible.

This was a great hotel for the price. The beds were a little too hard for my husband and I, but we are older.

In no way was this a $167/night room. The facility is old. Very noisy, not well insulated. No reliable electric plugs except for in the bathroom. Only a small stream of water comes from the shower. We didn't feel safe due to the thinness of the walls...could hear every step others made. Staff was pleasant and the room was clean but very very very overpriced.
