The hotel was clean, breakfast was not good. Everything else was as expected.

We went to check in at 3:15 and the room was”not ready “ at 3:20 I was told by an extremely rude girl at the front desk our room was already booked and blamed it on Expidia. We had to be re assigned to a Best Western because there were no other rooms available at the Hyat ( I so not think this was true. The front desk girl was also rude to two different customers while we were waiting on a manager 😡I’m going to file a formal report with consumer affairs. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Pleasantly surprised with the location, cleanliness, walkability, comfortable beds and soft towels 😊

Had free breakfast didn't like checkin being on 2nd floor leaving first floor questionable about who may enter the property suspiciouly. No real security staff on property.

Very friendly staff and kids loved getting extra towels delivered by the butler bot. So glad the pool was indoors with the bad weather and cold snap.Nice selection for breakfast too

Great place to get a good nights sleep and centrally located for the airport and activities. The breakfast was good but was never stocked adequately. Always had to ask for food items and worst of all for coffee.

Loved being able to walk to stores nearby and restaurants it was very nice not to have to get in the car and go

Property was nice overall and conveniently located to shops/restaurants. The pool was small and chlorine smell was overwhelming.

Included breakfast was absolutely disappointing, not enough variety, food was burned/overcooked, fruit, eggs etc all looked like were taken from a can and put in display or heated up in the microwave. Otherwise the hotel is nice but do not plan on eating there

Could hear people talking and yelling, not just in the adjacent room but also outside the hotel until after 11 pm. At 7:30 am, the cleaning crew outside our rooms were loud talking and another guest asked them to be quiet.

Nice hotel but breakfast was limited and always the same each day. The shower water flow was awful. Had to stay in so long to shower.

This hotel is in such a good location. It is in the center of all the shopping at mount pleasant center. We really like this location for that reason.

The facility was clean including the rooms. The room had poor sound proofing, as we got a lot of noise from adjacent rooms and across the corridor.

I thought the property was very clean and convenient!! Loved how easy to navigate and close everything was!
