Being assigned room 8203 was a perfect surprise – the number itself carries the sentiment of ”accompanying you for life,” making the snow-covered trip even more romantic. The room's underfloor heating was fantastic; I immediately took off my thick coat upon entering. The bedding was as soft as a cloud, and the view from the window was breathtaking – snow mushrooms and a vast, snow-covered forest, perfect for taking photos without even needing to find the right angle. The staff were warm and attentive, helping us plan our snow-viewing route and reminding us about the temperature difference between day and night. A comfortable stay with delightful surprises – next time I'm in Xuexiang, I definitely want to stay in this ”lucky room,” 8203!

MM415831****Overall, the hotel was good; the room was clean and well-equipped. I didn't have high expectations for Snow Town in general, nor for the hotel, so it was a pleasant surprise. We were also very satisfied with the food, and they paid attention to all the small details we mentioned. Among all the scenic spots I've visited, this place ranks quite high. The service was attentive and genuinely enthusiastic, just as mentioned in other reviews. In summary, I'm quite satisfied, but there's still room for improvement. I hope they continue to maintain their standards and make further enhancements.

KKhor Chee Jian-location is about 5 min walk from the big stone .Hotel and assist to move the luggage from bus drop off point but required to call them in advance .
-Both receptionist was very energetic and friendly ,very eager to serve .
-room is big size with a sofa provided .However the sofa is inferior quality in my view .Toilet was not too big or small .But they did not clean properly and full of peep stain .They also proivded only 1 towel instead of 2 .But the receptionist was very apologetic so its good review for me in the end .
-free jacket for taking photos as well as ice sledge to play
-breakfast was ok with no much choices .Basic but no complaint
-Lift was abit slow and small
Overall , the price i paid and the room i get , i will book again if i ever go there again .I had great memory in this hotel !

2202671****A very satisfying stay. The accommodation environment in Xuexiang is poor, with the environment of the guest house and the charges of the star hotel. This B&B is located in a village six kilometers away from Xuexiang, with a quiet environment at night. The interior of the room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude of the landlady is very good. We arrived at around 11pm and they were waiting for us. I woke up late the next day and still left breakfast. Thank you so much. The lunch I ordered at the B&B the next day was delicious and clean. The B&B also has a special car to pick up and drop off Xuexiang, and the arrangements are very good. You can choose this restaurant next time you go.

Before this trip, I'd heard so many different opinions about this place that I was a bit nervous. But this guesthouse became a reassuring haven during our journey.
The courtyard and lobby were very clean, and the heating in the room kept the cold at bay. The owner was young and pretty, a woman of few words, but thoughtfully made a pot of hot porridge for us. The meals were simple, home-style dishes. This kind of understated attentiveness made it feel less like a strange hotel and more like staying at a distant relative's home.
Here, we escaped the outside world's hustle and bustle. My strongest impression wasn't of any specific attraction or service, but rather this overall sense of undisturbed comfort. In a place with such mixed reviews, being able to have such a peaceful and warm time truly exceeded my expectations.

The bedding is pristine white, dry, and perfectly made without a single wrinkle, feeling soft and smooth to the touch. The floors are polished to a shine; you can comfortably walk barefoot. Desktops, windowsills, and nightstand corners are spotless, and even the remote control is thoroughly wiped clean. In the shower, the anti-slip mat is thick, the glass has no watermarks, the tiles are free of grime, and the toilet is sparkling clean with no odors. The disposable toiletries are neatly arranged and of good quality. The public areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly every day; you can see traces of wiping on the stair railings and doorknobs. Even snow tracked in on snowy days was promptly cleaned up. I felt completely at ease throughout my stay!

CChalermrat KhumsawadLovely resort, located a bit further from the main centre but just a short waling distance. We stayed in 2 bedroom cabin and really like the design. The cabin may be a bit tight for 4 people stay but has got everything we need. Being there as a couple, we found most comfortable. The highlight of our stay was how the team treated us throughout the stay. The Resort Manager went far beyond our expectation. Yes, there was language barrier but with today technology we were fine with it. She helped us arranging day-trips, walked us around the town and even took a lot of photos for us! Will definitely stay here again if we come back and highly recommend this place to others.
