Sukhothai is a well-known hotel, but the sanitation is average, with a lot of dust and leaves.

Shady, clean, very comfortable. You can order food from restaurants via Grab, 7-11.

🧹Hygienic: extremely dirty room cleaning only superficial work, hair, oil stains and dust are all hidden in every corner to surprise guests after they check in 🔔Service: Toothbrushes are not provided. I called the front desk and was told that they would not provide any disposable items. The most disgusting thing is that there is no hot water in the shower and the front desk response. They said that it might be a fault to make the guests bear with me, but I can speak Thai and chat with the cleaning aunt privately and learned that the hotel does not have a hot water system at all. Water heater In addition, the hotel photo tricks on Ctrip are completely different from what I saw after arriving here. The level of beautification is too strong.

The bathroom is not clean

Stayed five nights here. A great place to stay for everyone. Ample parking for those driving. Regular free shuttle service to town. Very nice and clean swimming pool. Breakfast was very good. If you’re not going out, the Cafe at the entrance is a good place for tea and lunch. All staff are friendly and respectful. Room is big, clean, quiet and cool. Would stay here again. One thing they can improve is to service and maintain their bicycles.

Everything was perfect- beautiful resort -friendly staff- good food- we had a room by the pool, the room was very Clean- The gardens were some of the most beautiful that I have seen. We were on a tour of north Thailand and it was the best Hotel of the 6 that we visited. would highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a green location with good services, including bikes and electric charge. However rooms are not well maintained, seem to be old and uncared. The restaurant does not offer a variety of good quality food. Overall the price is appropriate for this type of location if you are not expecting something great.

Just stayed for 1 night and happy to leave. The sink was plugged and larvae filled the sink in the morning. The air conditioning didn't work well. It was a spacious bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was ok. It is a beautiful setting and has an outdoor pool. There are lots of mosquitoes. It is near ta few miles from the Historical Park.

We were in this hotel the first day of the year, mai e this is the cause of the orribile service we got. At dinner we had to wait almost one hour to be served. When the dishes arrived they were really cold. At breakfast choices were very limited at least for occidental people. Everything in the hotel such as bar for a drink was closed. The room are quite large and comfortable.
