Le Meridien Nantong

We drove directly from Shanghai after school on Friday, and despite a bit of traffic, it took us about 2.5 hours. Before we even arrived, the front desk had already contacted us via WeChat, acknowledging it was our child's birthday and offering a complimentary cake and fruit. The hotel staff were professional and friendly, helping with luggage and delivering takeout. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities, including hair ties and mouthwash. The toiletries were also very good. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Sandy Zoo. The executive lounge offered a light meal from 5 PM to 7 PM. The pool area is great for photos and has three different pools. The changing rooms were clean, tidy, and not damp or slippery, with plenty of towels and toiletries. The lifeguards were attentive and always watching. A special thanks to Ms. Qian, who was incredibly responsive and professional. We were very satisfied with this trip; every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and well-trained. The hotel is located next to a Courtyard by Marriott, in an excellent location with Wanda Plaza, IKEA, and Sam's Club nearby. We'll definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Sandy Zoo next time; it offers much better value for money than staying inside the park!

A high-end hotel under the Marriott brand. The facilities are new and well-maintained, and the staff are very enthusiastic. It was a great living experience. From the high floors, you can see both city and river views, which are spectacular.

I was very satisfied with room 3110; the view was great, and the room was quiet. When I entered the lobby, it was raining, and I almost slipped. Could the hotel implement some anti-slip measures? I didn't get to experience the executive lounge. As soon as I got to the room, I lay down. I wish there had been a latex pillow; I have trouble sleeping. The housekeeping and front desk staff were very responsive and I was extremely happy with their service! They didn't make an exception and provide an ashtray and lighter just because I was a Trip.com guest, upholding the hotel's principles, which is excellent!

The hotel was newly renovated last year, and there was still a noticeable smell. Traveling with my parents, the hotel arranged connecting rooms, which was very convenient. The room's amenities were good, and I was satisfied. My favorite was the coffee machine; it was so nice to brew my own coffee. Hotel breakfast was just okay, not a lot of variety, but you can take coffee to go, which is a plus. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

Facilities: The hotel is very new, and the pool is great. The 1.2-meter deep pool allows kids to play in it by themselves. We booked a twin executive room, which was very large and spacious enough for two children. The blackout curtains were excellent, providing a really good night's sleep. Ambiance: The hotel's various designs are all very aesthetically pleasing, with a fresh French style. Service: I'm deducting a point for breakfast. The pumpkin porridge was cold, some of the pan-fried dumplings were burnt, and the stir-fried noodles or rice vermicelli were very dry. Executive Lounge Perks: The snacks and meals at the executive lounge were decent.

This time, I took my son to the zoo and ended up choosing Le Meridien, which is conveniently located nearby. As someone who pays attention to details, I found this Le Meridien in Nantong impeccable. I had requested a bed rail when booking, and it was already installed for us when we checked in. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which is great for shopping. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the service attitude is excellent, and the in-house restaurant is also delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
