Perfect getaway. The resort had all the amenities needed. Loved the zen garden in the morning. Live breakfast counter was chef Riya was excellent.

The great team and a great property by Taj hotels and group makes my weekend superb room the main gait to restaurant it's a relaxing and enjoyable time spend by me and my family we are very lucky to choose the best purnima, Delip, Aspak ,Dhiraj and Bansi make my weekend so superb and the chat counter is so awesome

It was one of the pleasant and peaceful stay. The property is spreaded in acres. From big lawns to joggers walk path to big pool, this place is full with amenities and activities. Apart from all this, I would like to say a big thank you to a special staff member Mr. Tejas, Head of housekeeping staff, who had made sure that our stay went exceptional. I was amazed by the Hospitality and kindness offered by him and his remaining staff namely purnima, Rohit and meghana. This touched my heart. The rooms were spacious and clean. Yes, in terms of food, they serve the best Breakfast and Lunch buffet. Dinner buffet needs to be improvised. Over all, I would say if you are going with family or as a couple, you need to stay in this wonderful property for atleast 2 nights to enjoy their divine property.

Wonderful and relaxing weekend at the Gateway Hotel nashik the staff is very cooperative and helpful to make my stay comfortable and memorable my kids are very happy with live counters placed in Citrine restaurant front desk team very friendly like Sachin ,dilip,Citrine in Aspak, kaveri and Dhiraj on breakfast time is very active they make my breakfast experience is super we love the pancake and cheese dosa . Thanks to whole team

We couldn't have enjoyed more than we did during the last 3 days at The Gateway!!. Loved the hospitality, higiene, services and food. Special thanks to F&B team as they served us lunch after the buffet hours as we were unable to be back to the hotel in time. They specially kept food for us and served us later!! Thanks to Rupesh!!! He was constantly on duty for giving us fresh cups and tea/coffee kits, we never had to wait more than 2 mins😄...Thanks Nitish for being really humble, patient, sweet and professional at the same time with all our requests😊😊 and last but not the least, you will also find Kavita sweetly going to every room just for a casual check if everything is fine.... that's really sweet. It was great experience, location, staff services and amenities. Enjoyed Surrounding greenery, climate, horse riding, boating and much more. Breakfast was great. One suggestion is there you just need to add as many as items for lunch and dinner menu.

Nice Hotel with convenient location for business traveller . Food is very good . Prompt and courteous service .. Full marks to hygiene and cleanliness . Decent Fitness centre for Cardio or light strength training . Overall it was nice stay and lived upto Taj service expectations

I was over whelmed with the hospitality of this place,,, tushar the swim instructor was very helpful ,, Mayur and yogesh were superb at housekeeping For my birthday they sent 3 cakes , one at midnight when we were bringing in my birthday, second post lunch and 3rd while we were back from swimming , they did wonderful decoration of the room as well as a surprise for us ,,, Must visit property 100 % recommended

Was a comfortable stay would definitely recommend the property the staff was nice the pool side is good and relaxing the rooms are big and comfortable Kids and good play options definitely a family stay , the play and books options is another good thing to spend some quite time

With so many indoor games, gym, play area, swimming pool etc making it spectacular, overall a fantastic experience.
