This probably was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in excuse me inn The key card they gave me every time I used the door. I had to go down and have it reprogrammed the door going in to the room was a jar. You could actually see through the door all the way around it the blinds they had did not cover the window, the mattresses were awful. The pillows were awful. The TV only worked on USA. The remote didn’t work at all when I got to the room there was only a hand towel and a washcloth. I had to ask for body towel which took 2 1/2 hours for him to bring it to me , this hotel should really not be on *******. I was very very upset after checking in and they told me that if I leave, I wouldn’t get a refund at all homeless people drug activity all hours of the night in the parking lot of the hotel, this was just a horrible, horrible experience.

The lights flickered our refrigerator and the television did not work and when we told the front desk, they said OK and no one came for the two nights that we were there. They also added an extra resort fee that it didn’t say on *******.

Similar to many Motel 6 but is older and deconditioned in an equally depressed part of Norfolk that is deceptively near the water with views. There are people living in the motel and it feels more like public housing more than a commercial motel. The parking level and stairways smell of urine and have not been hosed down. The room had some laminent flooring and bedding seemed clean enough, but it is still older and clearly had water damage throughout the bathroom. It is bad when the taxi drivers say never to stay there, and they know the reality.

My room was not clean, the wood floors werent clean, due to the grit on the floor i had to keep my socks on, the same with the bathroom floor. The bed had a thin bedspread and a sheet. No mirror in the room and they had an ice machine, no bucket, no hairdryer or coffee avail. Overpriced for what you receive. The worst was i made my reservation on this app, it was to pay at the location, when i was on my way my bank was blowing up my phone for suspected fraud charges because they attempted running my debit card and when my bank denied the charges i found out upon arrival they "cancelled" my reservation so i had none when I arrived.

I choose this due to location and prior stay at other locations. Very close to beach and others. Check in was smooth and mgr was nice and friendly, then walk up to room all my worry came real. Stairwell was smell of urine. Room was very dark with only light by bath vanity and smell of smoke(this was non smoking room). Checked for bed bugs and sheets were wrinkly like it wasnt changed (see photo), so end up putting beach towels over the sheet. Sink facet wasnt tied down so turning water was a challenge then sink utrap was leaking and making a puddle, bath door was rod at bottom and top, bathroom wall corners looked like cheap rest stop bathroom. Smoke alarm missing and exposing wires. Dirty floor, when using towel to soak up leak the towel turned black! Most motel/hotel I give a good review but I have never stayed in motel this bad in last 40 years.

Booked this for an employee on a work trip and pulled him out after one night. He reported that the room was not clean, and smelled of smoke. Also, he feared his vehicle was going to be broken into as there were several people milling about outside, and he was approached by someone who made him very uncomfortable. Mind you this person is a 35yo man.... In fairness, he didn't mention any of the above to the hotel as he was under the impression was there was nothing to be done other than go elsewhere.

We have stayed here years ago but the property is really run down now. We were without cable for 2 days, which is fine during the day while we are at the beach, but our kids were expecting family movie nights in the room that didn’t happen due to no TV service. There were cockroaches in the room and the AC left a HUGE puddle in the floor inside the room, getting our clothes wet. So we had to do laundry unexpectedly. Overall, 2 out of 10.

If you are looking for a cheap, overnight stay and you aren't offended by a little dirt or traffic noise, this could be your place. It's definitely not anything above a 3-star establishment! I found it strange, but my room had no mirrors in it, not even over the bathroom sink... At least the A/C worked. I showed up to check in at 4:30pm just to be told that my room wasn't ready; I needed to "just come back in 30 minutes". I ended up returning at 6:30pm and overheard that my room was only just recently cleaned. So much for the front staff understanding how/where housekeeping staff operate on premises. Again, if you are the type of individual that understands the purpose of an establishment such as this and aren't looking to stay longer than a couple of days whereby your room is really only going to function as a place to sleep and take a shower, you should be good to go. However, if have any other thoughts beside these are running through your head, you should consider your options carefully. Cheers!

Room was not like what was pictured on website. Door had gap and could see daylight thru gap. Refrigerator defrosted when we were out leaving water all over floor, when we mopped up the towel was dirty from the floor; floor was sticky when we arrived. Mold coming thru drywall in bathroom.

The smell, the furniture, the sheets, the stains, moldy bathroom, walls, nasty kitchenette. EVERYTHING was terrible here I felt unsafe in this place. NOT RECOMMEND!

Paid for my room checked in went to the room no pillows ,TV was smashed no towels, lights didn't work...went back to the front office, they said let me see what I can do....then said....no more rooms Sorry..have a nice night...

You can tell the motel has been undergoing renovations, it's nice for the price. However my roo had no mirror.

I booked for 2 full beds in 2 rooms got 1 room w one bed for 4 people. The other room had 2 beds but no blankets. My daughter wasnt allowed to check in because she didn't have the card we used to pay for the room. Its wrong the way we were treated. Will never stay here again
