I would stay here again. Check in was quick and easy, had some issues with the keys but the man at the front desk had it resolved quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a microwave & small fridge. Free breakfast in the morning is always a nice touch!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Suites. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, spacious, and had the amenities we required. The breakfast was a good start to our busy days. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

it was a nice room i would have prefered a suite with the seprate bed room but i did book late so that was my fault other than that i have no complaints just a suggestion think about removing some of the carpets it was very hard to move around on the carpeting in my wheel chair just a suggestion

The second night I found a big on my bed and the my pillow case had spots of fresh blood. So turn out my bed was infested with bed bugs or something. I called the hotel and they changed my room. I had to wash all my clothes and I’m still itching. Gross

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The thing I did not like about your service was the fact that you clean rooms ie Provide clean linen and supplies every other day this is annoying esp if you have disposed of food after meals etc. I think if nothing else garbage pick up and then additional plastic bags would be helpful. Breakfast was nice and areas very clean.

Management more concerned with perceived corporate policy than customer service. Protested that his hands are tied - is he a manager or a hired hand to “inflict” corporate policy? I invite corporate to contact me to discuss this further.

2nd day in already had problems with Wi-Fi not being able to connect even after restarting phone. Had problems with keycard constantly even thought they said not to have it around your phone, did exactly that but it was still happening. Besides that the place was moderately clean

It's comfortable and clean. The hotel has basic facilities. By being besides the road you can hear the noise from cars and trucks.

The hotel was good enough. The bed was super uncomfortable however. My girlfriend and I did not sleep well for the three nights we were there. We did also find one dirty towel that was folded in the bathroom. The breakfast was minimal but ok at best. All in all not too bad for the price, as we mostly stayed in the room to sleep in when coming back from fright fest at Six Flags Great Adventure.
