The hotel was decent, parking is $10, the beds kept sliding out of place when sitting on them also the lady at the front desk that helped me check in was not very friendly… The complimentary breakfast is not bad.

This was a very nice Hampton. We were there for an important Doctors appointment for my husband. The only suggestion I would make is having a blanket for the door of the bed. We got cold and the heater seemed to only work hot or cold.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I requested a room with a shower wand, but do not get one. Room was clean but their were ants in the bathroom. Good breakfast but only had skim milk, not sure why. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable but not the worst. Overall okay, but won’t stay their again.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the people above us sounded like they were jumping around and very loud, at 4:30 in the morning. The parking spots are very tight. Other than that, the hotel was a good place.

At check in they surprise you with a daily parking fee. It’s in a suburban area with no parking garage. Why a parking fee? Lame

Disappointed in the noise in and around the hotel. Could hear every person around the room and above. Very noisy. Very disappointed. Did not get a good night sleep.
Hotel is away from commercial sites and they charge for parking. Not sure why parking fees are not made aware until you check in.

The staff was so helpful and amazing during a very busy time with all of the snow and hotels full. The night I arrived I was given keys to my room and Opening the door discovered that the room was still uncleaned. It was late I was tired.
I Went back down to the front desk and waited for a while until they could find a clean room. other than that, the staff was kind and helpful. I would not stay on the third floor again. As the people above, me sounded as if they were having a football game.
