Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ocean City - Northside Reviews

We stayed here for a dance competition down the road. The room was clean and the location was ok. We were expecting breakfast but they had "to go" bags because of covid restrictions, even though all if the restrictions in the state were lifted. We ended up going out for breakfast. The housekeeping staff, again because of covid, were absent. We had to empty our trash and leave it outside the room, as well as used towels and go to the desk for new ones as well as anything else we needed to replace. Disappointing considering the money we spent to stay here for the week.

We stayed for a futsal tournament at the rec center. His hotel was the perfect location. Plus, it was affordable, clean, and the staff was lovely.

The hotel was close to the rec center which is why we were there. Very convenient and clean.

Staff was courteous, room was clean, water was hot, breakfast was great. What more do you want?

Beautiful hotel! From the big Christmas Tree in front lobby to the welcoming staff, its a great plave to relax and unwind. It's also walking distance to Winterfest of Lights, which is why we originally decided to stay there. The only issue is some of the guests for lights will take up the parking, but the hotel staff apologized and parking wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.

My only complaint would be coming back from dinner and not being able to find parking at the hotel during the winterfest hours.

We were impressed with how clean everything was. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly for our stay. We had an issue with the people in the room next door shouting at us for leaving our room in the morning (8am on a busy parade weekend). The front desk immediately took care of it and spoke to them.

The only thing that we really had a problem with was parking. We were there for the Christmas Light show at the park with our young kids (8yrs & 7month) and we had trouble parking at night due to no one enforcing you can only park at the hotel if your staying at the hotel. I mean the hotel doesn’t even have a parking pass to put up for there guest all they ask for is Make & Model of your car no pass no license plate number so there’s no way it can be enforced. Frustrating parking out in no man’s land with small kids when we are the paying customers.

It was a two night mother/daughter trip. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The friendly staff really made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Very clean and continental breakfast was absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff. Could use larger waste cans. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to access, plenty of parking and walkable dining and shopping options as well as just a short walk to the beach. Room was clean and welcoming, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It had beeb 17 years since i had visited the hotel last. Many upgrades and renovations. I would definitely refer orhers to your hotel.
