Very clean and good service

The main purpose is to take the bus to Ogizawa from Shinano Omachi Station for 540 yen. It is just opposite the bus stop. The next morning, take the bus to Ogizawa, which is about 25 minutes and a little closer. The courtyard environment is nice, the interior furnishings are also very Japanese and pay attention to details. The dinner and breakfast are quite rich. The guest's luggage was delivered, and the staff wiped the wheels very carefully. The service is good.

Relax, relax, relax. Ryokan. Breakfasts and dinners in traditional style are great. Onsen - indoor and outdoor pool, in the evenings we watched martens running, silence. The room is simply huge for Japan (about 40 sq.m). They give out traditional clothes. Nearby is a transport stop (we went for a ride to the Happo area, Hakuba 47, Iwataki) and an information center.

I'm used to staying in big hotels, so I was a little disappointed when I first entered. It's a very Japanese hotel, with very careful decoration. The food was a surprise. It's a very interesting hotel with a great feeling.

This hotel is really better than expected, not far from Hakuba Ski Resort, the hot springs are clear and transparent, dinner and breakfast are great, perfect, 100 points

This time I stayed at the "Orihana Onsen ♨️ Inn" and I felt that the service attitude of the Japanese-style hotel was very considerate. It is indeed a big tourist country... The breakfast and evening meals were all exquisitely presented, and my family members who were traveling with me praised it full of praise... I hope to plan skiing next year You can also stay here during your trip and appreciate the hotel staff’s attentive service again~

Wow we love this hotel . When we first arrived , our shoes were kept for us and a worker started cleaning the wheels of our luggages and then carted off to our rooms . The hotel was pristine clean everywhere and decorated with beautiful origami . There was a cafe which served free ice coffee , melon drinks and iced water and ice lollies . The rooms were extremely clean with free fast wifi , blinds for the windows and good temperature control . Beds were firm and extra pillows were granted when we requested for them . The outdoor onsen was beautiful facing the open forest with flowers and dandelions . A shampoo bar was also present . Dinner was kaiseiki with a SHABU SHABU pot with pork and was extremely delicious . The highlight was a baked apple with prawns and mushroom topped with cheese and baked . Mmm a dish to be remembered . Breakfast was Japanese and served with an olive vegetable bun - a specialty of the region . When we left , two origami balls were also given as a present for us . Really a most memorable stay .

Bad service and inconsiderate. We booked the hotel with dinner and breakfast. The location is convenient for people to start for Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route. However we took the first train at 7:30am. But the hotel’s breakfast started at 07:00. We asked for packed breakfast but they refused even a cup of coffee. No refund. Also staff are unhelpful for carrying luggage.
