There were holes on the halls and door at the room had to be forced to close, it did not automatically closed. The driving area had humongous potholes. Since was leaking and making noise when sleeping. Room was clean so that was good. AC had no label so it was tremendously hard to make it work as intended. Overall very limited hotel. Breakfast was supposed to have fruit and there was no fruit at breakfast, at night the coffee was cold as ice.

I really enjoyed my stay. And plan to visit again. The pool water was great and really enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Stayed for an event. It had tons of dining areas close by. Super friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again

It was very nice but came to relax in hot tub but was told it was down and not going to be fixed. Needs to be taken off amenities list.

It was quiet and relaxing but didn’t get house keeping to bring us more towels or tp and pool was closed 1st full day there and wasn’t going ri open it back up so wasted money to sit in room

Very happy with stay. Room very clean a cute lobby smells fresh when you walk in. Breakfast had large section and was good.

Overall excellent stay! Only thing to call out were the amount of towels not available. Wrestling tournament with lots of young people swimming which explains the towel shortage. Great breakfast and kind/helpful staff!

Staff were great. Quiet, just what we needed night before husband's surgery at St Charles hospital. Parking lot leaves a great deal to be desired. Horribly in need of repaving. Thanks for being there for us at this stressful time.

There was people blasting in pool area inappropriate music in front of other families children and then a homeless man walking around in building. I approached the desk clerk ,she was acting like this was a daily routine with him.

Stay here when I come to the office. It’s close to my office, clean and quiet.

Staff polite, but some spoke very unprofessionally. The pool was almost constantly filled with rowdy people who just walked to the hotel, but were not guests. People smoking right outside main doors that were propped open

Room was dirty bottle left under the bed trim falling off the wall
