It has a good location. It has convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is around 10-15 minutes walk to the metro or JR station. The room is acceptable.

Hotel is in the middle of Osaka business district. Very convenient in terms of food & transport. Room is much more spacious than expected! love it and definitely will come back next time!

Good location and lobby, nice staff. The room had a few peculiarities and shortcomings for which I cannot recommend this hotel. The room is quite wide, except there a wall between the door and the bed which makes about 30-40 square feet less. So that 236 sf room you were expecting us well under 200 Shampoo and soap are in squeeze pouches. No outlets near the bed. There are outlets on the desk which have spring loaded covers from the sides. These covers may stop larger plugs from plugging in smugly. No outlets near

The hotel is located in the Umeda business district in Osaka. There is an elevator directly to the hotel through the subway underground passage, which is very convenient for carrying large luggage. The high-rise room was given, and the surrounding business district has a good view. The room was cleaned every day. The card next to the faucet indicates that you can drink directly. The breakfast is also good. All the staff are enthusiastic and polite. I will book this hotel next time.

The location is excellent, but the hotel room is so small that you can't even unfold your suitcase. But there are convenience stores, subway stations, JR stations, and Daimaru department store nearby, so it's convenient for eating and drinking, and it's also close to Centrair.

The room was not small, with a sofa, a table facing the window, and a large bathroom. It was more comfortable than the one I stayed in Tokyo. Both suitcases could be opened.

The hotel is located in a very high position. Turn left when you go out or take the hotel elevator to the underground floor to enter the underground passage to Nishi-Umeda or Osaka Station.
