We had a great stay. The check in staff were most helpful. The computer and printer was a big help. The breakfast was filling. Would I stay again, for sure.

Because of covid, the pools are closed. If you choose this hotel for the free breakfast, you can choose the second one, because the breakfast is really good. There are many restaurants nearby! The location is very convenient!

The property is going through a transition from one chain to another. The tower room we stayed in was comfortable, spacious and restful. Recommend it for anytime you plan to stay in Osoyoos.

Phil at Reception was outstanding and went out of his way to be of assistance.

Night clerk was found walking parking lot early in the morning, making sure guest vehicles were safe. Very reassuring.

A women on reception was polie and explained us everything in details. We left our headphones in our room, and hotel sfuff call us and promissed to send it to our house by mail. Thank you very much!!! The property was clean, there was a swimming pool and hop tab. Breakfast is limited but it is better than nothing. The only funny thing was in our room: clothes hanger is over the kitchen table

Nice clean facility, friendly efficient check in. A needed surprise after a stressful day. Phil ws the bomb, and yes Wyndom overseers, he signed me up for the rewards program. {Raise for Phil}

We had a unit with a mini kitchen, but absolutely no utensils. A couple of forks and spoons would have been nice. It wasn’t like we were cooking, but we were bringing food to our unit.

Property is very close to quite a number of places for meals. All within walking distance. Wifi is not so good.

Check in was quick and helpful. No luggage cart. Had to step down to get to room. Tub faucet had to be pulled out strongly, but we didn't know that until too late. TV and Internet worked well. Breakfast was average. Had Tesla charger. Three trips to move luggage each way.

Will never stay here again!!! To get from the bed to washroom I felt like I needed to put my street shoes on. Upon entering the room there was a strong musty smell. In the morning the shower did not work we had to settle for a wet face cloth only. Not a good way to start our day!!! Breakfast was a bagel wit jam and a coffee. My suggestion would be to pass this one bye!!

This property is what most Super-8's used to be and why we used them. Too many others are now Wyndhamized third rate.

Great layout, rooms were a tad small especially when travelling with sports gear. Great amenities and amazing front desk service by Phil! He was the hilite of our stay.
