Nice location and nice accommodations.

Good, smooth check-in. Quiet. Clean lobby, rooms and grounds. Spacious rooms. Large frig, stove and microwave. Comfortable for 3 ladies to share. Clean bathroom and tub a plus. One small downside -- the breakfast. It was biscuits and gravy. The gravy was starting to dry out. No eggs. Sausage not cooked well. Then the next day was the same. Gravy so unappealing. Apples, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt was other options.

The breakfast consisted of bagels and bread. That was it, the normal breakfast Mainstay was not out. The food ran out and no one was working to replace it.

This property is away from town center and understaffed. It served its purpose as a pass through town night stay.

Room has a bad smell…we thought turning on AC and spraying some room spray would help but the bad smell kept returning…smelled something like urine.

We traveled the country from California to florida staying at hotels like this close to the road, this was the most expensive and worst. You couldn’t walk barefoot in the room how dirty, it smelled and the breakfast was a joke just bread, yogurt and oatmeal

Not a great place to stay. I had reserved three rooms of a certain type, but they only had two. They gave me a pet friendly room on the first floor that had windows that did not lock. When I said, I wanted the room I had reserved they said I had to pay extra for it. I refused, and said that is not acceptable and I want the room that I had reserved for the price I had reserved at for. The woman at the front desk called a manager, and they gave in. On another note, the breakfast is a joke, with some of the worst selections for food I’ve seen in a hotel that offers free breakfast.

Nice folks manning the front desk. Breakfast area was very tidy and clean with usual limited continental breakfast. Room was just weird - not nearly enough light and the single light fixture in the ceiling didn't provide enough light for the shower or the sink. Impossible to shave due to low lighting levels from the only overhead light. Tiny television that couldn't be easily seen from anywhere in the room due to poor positioning.

Room had a strange odor. Breakfast was not the best Easy check in, friendly staff.

We stayed here for the New Year celebration in Port Saint Joe and we will do it again. The staff was very friendly and there was a shuttle to town.

As soon as we walked into the room a cockroach ran across the counter, then on the last night we were there the entire hotel lost power and all the way until we checked out still had no power.

This was a wonderful hotel in every way... they have fruit available and this was a plus for us because we enjoy fruit every evening at home.... the staff was/is EXCELLENCE

Easy check in and convenient to Port St Joe. Limited service hotel but clean and good value for the area. More than just a room, there is a small kitchen area.

Definitely needs an update. Bad smells, and stains everywhere. Overall it was a decent place to sleep for one night. But would not stay here again.
