It is the first hotel, in which I stay in Paris in which everything rocks and rules: 10 for the reception personnel - I never received the invoice so fast - right when I was leaving my room key. 10 for the tidiness and cleanliness 10 for the modern and qualitative construction materials used for refurbishment, and amazing furniture. 10 for the OH MY GOD super bathroom! great and spacious shower cabin. and again, the elements from the bathroom: sink, shower, and mirrors all new and qualitative - everything new 10 for having a safe box. 10 for having glazed windows. 10 for the location and view. 10 for having both grocery store and Naturalia store downstairs. Thank you for everything!

We loved this hotel! It’s a very convenient spot to walking to things in Paris and close to a metro station. We had a great view of the Eiffel Tower, and the room was clean, bed was comfortable and clean, and I loved the Nespresso machine in the room. When we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage as long as we needed until we met our ride for the train that same day. The lift is small, but it’s a very neat hotel, and we’d stay there again.

This is a charming hotel, located very close to the Eiffel Tower and the river. There is also a Metro station almost outside the door of the hotel. The staff were kind and gracious. The elevator is a one-person-at-a-time throw back to simpler times — don’t let that stop you from making a reservation. Our room was spacious and had plenty of storage. I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel mainly because of the location which is walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and the whole area is really nice. There is a pretty large grocery store right next to the hotel which was super convenient and the subway is also right next to the hotel. The room was nice too and we had a street view which was really pretty. The receptionist was also really nice and spoke really good English. The elevator is really small so we ended up taking the stairs every time which was fine because our room was on the second floor however if your room is on a higher floor, it might be a bit of an inconvenience. The room was also kinda small, but it wasn't that much of a problem since we only stayed for a few days. The entire hotel was pretty small but overall quite lovely and the location made up for it.

Was happily pleased with hotel. Yes it is smaller than in America however it was very practical. Staff was amazing! Would stay again and again. Everything is located so close. Metro, Eiffel Tower and all things to see are very accessible.

I was scammed at this hotel. They canceled my reservation, saying my card was declined, which was not true, I found out after talking with my bank. When I arrived and after they told me my credit card was declined, they offered me the same room at the double of the price. When I travel to Paris I always stay in this neighborhood, can say this hotel is way way over priced, inside looks like a dump, is horrible.

Excellent location , extremely small rooms , extremely small claustrophobic elevator , beds were not made ,small water bottles replaced with only one bottle the following day for 2 people, in summary location 5 stars , everything else is 3 stars at best , and if you are above 200 lb you will not feel ok at all in the MINI ELEVATOR!

A person. I kindly said this person, that I was hearing very clear noises around, that were like I was living in somebody else's room. Any kind of noises. I could't sleep. He belittled me. I said him "if I had to sleep hearing other people, I'd book a hostel". He kept defying me, completely forgetting he has a job and I'm a client. Completely overeacting. There was some language barrier too. I hope there were cameras available, cause this is something you should see before expressing some issues, if you're unlucky to find this person. Especially if you're a woman by yourself. He verbally attacked me and he couldn't stop. He also said me "I'm not your slave". I said him I'd be giving 1 star but it should have been 0. He answered "give me -1 stars, I'll write a complaint for you". This, in the middle of the night. I was scared. Just because I 'dared' to share him what was going on. This is crazy. I didn't have to find myself in that position. I wanted to go away from that place immediatly. I wanted to give those money to charity. He wasn't worried about me being alone outside. He just said with his attitude 'you already paid'. I immediatly called booking and they were shocked. They called the reception, but the '24 hours' reception didn't answer. He kept belittling me, afterwards. I hope this person finds himself on the street, so he would know the value of money. He even belittled me for the money I spent. My hard earned money I chose to spend there. He pointed me the price list and yelled at me that I paid 'less' compared to those prices. There are lots of beggars in Paris, like in many places in the World. Many people jobless that would do anything to have his job. He should look at them and think entirely about what he did.

we tried to make a reservation through their site which they canceled a night before our arrival. That means that they left us without a place to stay, a night before we reached the city. they claimed that our cards did not work, a claim that was completely untrue, since we made several transactions during these days which were valid. we contact them and a guy who was such a poor english speaker, was extremely rude and hang up on us. We tried to call back but they would not answer.

Great location and short walk to Eiffel Tower. It is very small. Staircase, hall, rooms everything BUT very clean, modern and owner is so pleasant. If you only sleep here, it is great. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room and need a lot of space, it’s small. Just enough room to walk around beds. The elevator is tiny. 1 adult can barely fit with a small carry on. We were only there 1 night and literally just slept in our room so it was fine for us. Close to markets, stores, tons to walk to. Comfortable beds. I could hear guests in other rooms talking and it was hard to fall asleep. So just be aware if you are a light sleeper. I had to turn fan noise on my cell phone so I could fall asleep initially. The room next to me or above me talked loudly until after midnight. All in all, I’d stay again.
