Single room is very small. Small bed with 'collapsed' mattress. Good service. Breakfast is good! 10~15 minutes walk to China town.

No desk although the pics showed one. I was given a room in the basement which also wasn’t mentioned anywhere. No elevator. Carpets and bed were stainy. No storage options in bathroom. Shower closed in a weird fashion so you had to take care to properly align the panels otherwise you’d be flooding the room. The room was very cold. No climate control. It had a radiator that I ramped up to the maximum but I couldn’t sleep all night because it was so cold. Service staff were friendly and prepared.

I am a very satisfied, repeat guest at this simple, clean, convenient hotel in Bloomsbury.

As we arrived the lady at so called reception was very blunt and cold. She gave us a tiny little room. The room had a double bed in it and we had no room to move, the smallest bedroom ever that we have ever stayed in. As for the bathroom once again rediculas. Will not recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of our time and money.

It's a good place today if you can't find anything else. The staff are not available all day even in your check-in or checkout windows. It is very roomy space and you don't have much space to turn especially in toliet area. But it has plenty hot water, open fresh air (NO WINDOW SEAL). A bit noisy during the night. It's good location to walking around the area of this historical London, exact right next to UCL.

Before check in we were able to store our bags. Once checked in later our room was clean. A little hot but ok with window open and fan on, not too loud out on street. Good nights sleep. Good breakfast included in the price. Would recommend.

Very old room and furniture, poor shower, no elevator, boiling rooms on the top floor, poor wifi, no value for money. Be careful the current hotel rating does definitely not reflect the reality. +1 for the staff kindness.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very tiny but the bathroom was fabulous. As this is an victorian house, there is no lift and the staircase is narrow. Not ideal if you travel with a large suitcase. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The location is great and what I was looking for.

Arosfa Hotel in London feels like a bed & breakfast which we really loved! Our room on the ground floor looked into the courtyard and it was beautifully decorated. We were able to make a cup of coffee in the room before we went to breakfast which was fabulous! There is a buffet but also you can order to have your eggs and sausages cooked the way you like them. The hotel is just a few blocks from the metro and it was very easy to move around to see all the major attractions. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others! Our stay was for 2 nights.

Bugs found in bed. Asked for non-diary milk and was given a carton of almond milk that had expired 2 months ago. Bath mat was dirty on arrival, paper thin walls. Staff was nice but doesn't compensate the overall experience. Definitely not worth the money.

Lovely little room, felt bigger than it actually was too. Couldn't be happier with my stay!

Brilliant location, lovely room (I was in a one-bed as a solo traveler) and the staff very friendly. Would recommend.

I was very pleased with everything hotel had to offer very clean any amount to eat if I wished for breakfast in fact the staff made sure I new what was on offer cooked breakfast was lovely staff pleasant and friendly only 1 issue bathroom was a bit tight to get around in overall enjoyed my stay
