Disappointed, no light in the room, the bathroom sink clogged and the water from the pipes was coming out, mold in the shower and the walls of the room, the duvet cover stained, dust everywhere and the horrible view very badly soundproofed, the worst hotel room not worthy of a 4 star

Si trova in una zona tranquilla a circa 25/30 min in metro da Parigi. Metro Picpus a 6 min, Carrefour di fronte. Camere piccole ma rinnovate, bagno pulito, cassaforte e mini frigo. Punto negativo: moquette in camera. Colazione La colazione è la peggiore che abbia mai avuta, una vergogna per un 4 Stelle Best Western. Poca scelta, uova strapazzate colore verde 🤢, croissant e brioche non fresche, riscaldate dal giorno precedente. Personale a colazione con vestiti sporchi e puzzolenti, un vero schiffo. Al secondo giorno abbiamo solo bevuto un caffè e siamo andati al bar a fare colazione.

The hotel is located centrally and near the supermarket n laundry. Very near to train stations. Excellent staff. Maria at the reception was extremely helpful. She’s a star. Kudos. The breakfast variety can be improved but overall great experience

Our stay was fine But we are in dispute as they DID NOT REFUND OUR 50 EURO DEPOSIT. BEWARE OF THIS! Otherwise great location, upgraded to a normal sized room, comfy bed and supermarket outside the hotel.i would recommend thus hotel but watch your deposit is refunded!!!!!!!!!!

The reception staff was very helpful, very polite. The room was a really good size room, comfortable, very clean. Overall great experience.

We had a great stay here. Would have been 5 stars except for a couple of small issues, which I will explain. The staff are friendly and speak great English. We were a little perplexed by reviews saying the English was poor here. However, we are native speakers so it may be more difficult for people whose spoken English is not so good? The room was clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. We loved the shower - really roomy, great water pressure, and good temperature control. The location was perfect for us because we don’t like to stay in the middle of a busy tourist area. There is a supermarket next door and lots of restaurants (we recommend Le Four for great pizza!) To get into central Paris it is a five minute walk to the metro and about a 15 minute metro ride to the centre. Easy! They do reserve €50 on your card, but this is quite common and it is not the first time a hotel has asked for this. They do also give you the option of leaving this deposit in cash instead, to be repaid when you leave. There were a couple of things that meant we could not give five stars. The first is that we had an adjoining door in the room. This is probably for guests who may be staying together in separate rooms or families. Unfortunately, we could hear EVERYTHING from the room next door, including this couple’s *ahem* ‘adult cuddles’. Always a risk in hotels but the door was so thin that it felt like a ménage à quatre at times. We did have a giggle about it, but it was not ideal and we had to put music on sometimes to try and feel alone in the room. The second thing was the pillows. They were rather uncomfortable. The third is a minor issue but the coffee in the room could be better for a 4* hotel. Nescafé is not the best coffee and we bought our own from the supermarket next door instead. Overall though, we would recommend this place as a good quality hotel for the price and we really enjoyed our stay. Paris is notoriously expensive and has some of the smallest hotel room space in the world. That’s standard for Paris. So to have somewhere clean and affordable in such an expensive city was great.

Great hotel. Do consider this hotel as it is very good and clean! Great breakfast and staff. The location is 5/7 minutes walk to the metro station and near by the hotel great local restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A great choice to explore Paris.

They make you pay 50€ when you came (i didnt expect that). Would be cool if they spoke well english. Most of the times was difficult to understand them. The pillows are the worse, i've been sleeping really bad because of that. The sink of the bathroom was semi stuck. The amenities (shampoo, gel, lotion) was not consistent. Sometimes they left 1 of each, sometimes 2 of each (we are a couple). And sometimes when they came to clean they didnt changed the bed sheets (one day i dropped a little bit of chocolate on them and they didnt changed them at all). The rest was ok. Is well ubicated, nice room in general and has a supermarket close to the hotel in case you need something. The underground was like 5 min away (L.6). Very calm hotel and very calm zone, that's cool.

As mentioned by someone already, the hotel took a third of the booking fee from my account and told me it was preauthorisation. I had to fight to get them to put this on my invoice so I wouldn’t be charged 3 nights instead of 4 when I arrive. It was not a preauthorisation, the money left my account. I have since decided to cancel and am still chasing the refund they have apparently sent. They have sent me a photo of a receipt. My bank are adamant they haven’t received it and are investigating.

From beginning to end this stay was one I'd rather never have had the unfortunate opportunity of experiencing. Let's begin with the "pre-authorisation of funds from me account which was not mentioned anywhere within the hotel policy over on *********** . Myself and my partner decided to pay at the property because for us it was more convenient economically speaking as this allowed us more control in our finances before traveling. However the hotel decided 4 weeks before our trip to place a hold on €104 "which was not in the policies " on my account. When I contacted the hotel they apologised and said they would cancel the charge immediately. That was Feb 9th the funds remained in a pending transaction state for a further 3 week's until my bank retrieved the funds at my request. The very same morning within 30 minutes of my funds being released the hotel again placed a hold of the same amount €104 on my account which was only a few days before we were due to travel. Upon arrival we were met by a truly lovely lady at reception o didn't get her name unfortunately but she was the only positive I could write about this hotel. So if you are reading this the young lady who was on reception on Sunday afternoon you are a treasure. That is where the positives end I'm afraid. The room was clean on arrival. However not once in the 3 night's we stayed was our room attended by cleaning staff . Despite leaving the cleaning request clearly hanging in the external door handle. We received no replacement water no replacement of tea or coffee making supplies. I had to bring our rubbish to reception in 2 occasions and request clean towels on 2 occasions from the reception both time's I had to go to and from reception to do this. When I raised this issue on the 2nd day a blonde lady who I can only assume was management was less than helpful regarding the matter giving 2 different excuses for the situation. One was the cleaning staff may not have understood the cleaning request tag for the door which the hotel provided the second was she her cleaning staff weren't there because of a strike which was untrue as I observed the staff cleaning room in our floor early that morning as we left to go out for the day. The funniest thing was the cleaning staff arrived at our door at 11.36 am on the morning we were leaving when we were doing our final preparations for the day ahead to travel home ironic really or is this perhaps standard for the hotel? So basically this lady lied to my face rather than accept responsibility for the horrendous service the hotel was providing. Nous avons pris du retard dans le planning en raison des greves de transports mais votre chambre etait prévue mais vous avez refusé un menage a 14h00 - nous vous avons donné 2 fois des serviettes propres du thé et la femme de chambre est venue en chambre dès votre remarque.
