Back in March 2026, during my official stay at Hotel Maurya, Patna, I had shared some constructive feedback about their services. When I returned today (16th July), I was genuinely touched. Mr. Pratush Tripathi remembered me—and, more importantly, remembered my feedback. I was welcomed warmly at the entrance, found a pastry in my room that read “Welcome Back,” and was delighted to be served specially prepared Rajasthani dishes by the chef. This experience reinforced a valuable lesson: “Sorry” is a powerful word, but it becomes truly meaningful only when it is followed by action. Accepting feedback with humility and working to improve is what transforms a good organisation into a great one. Thank you, Hotel Maurya, Patna, Mr. Pratush Tripathi, and the entire team, for your thoughtful hospitality and for showing that listening to guests is the first step towards excellence. Staffs are very gentle and polite. They always listen and serve you with smile and greeting by saying Namaste. Breakfast is very good, they give you a lot of healthy and Indian options. Overall experience was good.

A special mention to Rohini Ma’am — her guidance, support, and warm hosting were absolutely superb. She made the entire experience comfortable and memorable. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambience was very pleasant. The staff were courteous, welcoming and always ready to help.
