Room did not look like pictures AT ALL. Furniture in room was torn with stains. Dirt spots on walls. Outside if room, it appeared to be a construction site. Very bad odor. We were only in hotel for an hr. Walked across the parking lot to Hampton inn which is way nicer.

The hot water wouldn’t work. We ask the clerk several times about it and he said “we are working on it”. We left the card in the room and left after one night. Never again

Ceiling leaked as I was sleeping. Water on my head. It was raining hard. Still waiting for any form of compensation. I’m staying for two weeks

I booked due to good reviews but when we checked in, I quickly realized that the reviews were inaccurate. This hotel/ motel is in serious need of repairs to basically everything! We didn’t have to check out and go elsewhere so I didn’t give it 1 star but I would absolutely never stay here again!

The hotel was under renovation. I changed room 3 times. First room the hotel person checked. The 2nd room I checked and there were multiple things wrong. Tiles broken and moving, hole in the wall, smoke detector hanging from the wall, mold in the bathroom. Changed to another room that was still dirty with stained sheets and we found a spider in the bed. I didn’t have time to change rooms because I was there to attend a concert and needed to get ready. I did check out early than what my reservation was booked for. I checked into a different hotel because I just couldn’t stay there any longer than needed.
