Aloft Phoenix-Airport Reviews

I have stayed at many different Aloft hotels all over the country. The front desk staff at the airport hotel was awful. They were not customer friendly, they were unorganized and didn’t offer anything close to a sincere apology for all of the amenities that were unavailable. The cleaning crew was awesome and very friendly and the bartender made my stay

The facility was loud. The room we had was right by the bar and we could hear people playing pool and at the bar for some time at night. In addition I paid extra for a hot breakfast and when I was given the vouchers I was told to not count on there being anyone there to cook and sure enough there was no one there to cook so they told me to get something from the fridge or freezer with the vouchers! Disappointed in the stay and it was overpriced to begin with but since I had a credit I decided to book it when I had many other options!

The room was nice, clean and well laid out. The restroom was designed for people with disabilities and was somewhat awkward for people without disabilities. Using the shower caused much of the restroom floor to get wet from splatter. The lighting in the dressing area needs to have a switch separate from the lighting in the restroom area.

Thank you to the staff who truly made this last minute stay impeccable. Unfortunately the person who serviced me (Saul) was clocked in on his final day, but his customer service skills was amazing and evident that he cared. In short: - they have pickup from airport drop off at airport - have car parking available with stay - food/kitchen you can purchase hot and cold food/snacks from (a vegetarian option also) - a bar downstairs for drinks made on the spot. - I worked remote and had no issues with WiFi. Things to Note: - I wish the showers/bathrooms were more clean, looked rusty and simply wiped down rather than deep cleaned. - no walkable place near by, but when you have a car rental it is close enough everywhere.

Conveniently located to the Skyharbor Skytrain, decent gym, breakfast offering is very expensive, airport shuttle is running from 6am to 10pm, so not for all flights, neighborhood not above all doubts.

It sounded like a whole party on the third floor all night long. No respect for others barely slept at all that night before an early flight. Also paid for breakfast only for it to be closed.

The hotel is conveniently close to the metro line. It's on a fairly busy road which was a little noisy at times. A room on the opposite side of the hotel from mine would have been quieter I think. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent.

My boyfriend enjoyed the gym. We enjoyed the lobby with the bar, pool table and other games. Allows you to mingle with other guests.

Hotel was really nice and in well situated area close to everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night because close to airport and had shuttle. Nice, clean room. Very poor insulation, could hear everything in hallway and guest above walked around a lot late into night and early in the morning. I hardly got any sleep.

It was the coffee they served at thr front counter. The coffee tasted fishie. Other then that the place a enjoyable experience!

Great stay at the aloft Phoenix. A really comfortable bed, a very clean hotel and super convenient for the airport. Also very handy to transit to downtown and Tempe and Mesa! Very friendly and helpful staff! We will be back!

The employees were always cleaning. The room was comfy and clean. I wish the ToGo items had more variety to purchase during the stay but having the quality bath products and comfortable bed is a huge plus

We booked a last minute late night room for a few hours and they were very accommodating providing us the full Aloft customer service.
