We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Property layout is confusing Check in experience was great but the overall service standards for a resort was definitely below satisfactory. The water collections were nice but I think I may choose a different resort in the future

I called ahead of time before booking to ensure the water park was fully operational with full hours open because I had two little girls with me and only one day to spend there. I spoke with the front desk and double checked, then booked online. As soon as we arrived at the hotel and went to the water park they told us there that the water park was closed for a private event. It was infuriating and unbelievably disappointing for my daughters and left us nothing to do and was the sole reason I booked that hotel.

This is a massive resort. Six pools! Everyone was wonderful. It was clean and quiet. We were only in town for Spring Training, so we hardly had time to use anything any of the features other than the water park. I thought the best feature of the hotel was the quality of restaurants in the surrounding area. Pizza at Barro’s and breakfast at The Brunch Snob were excellent choices!

My air conditioner did not work in my room, got in late and thought it would cool off but slept in sweat instead, called down first thing in the morning came to look at it and cool off passed 69 the whole time I was there, my blow dryer didn't work, called down they said they would bring another one never showed. Elevator was not working for 1 day of my stay. Dirty grounds, dirty pools. Hotel part needs a major upgrade to be considered a resort. Not worth the resort fees for this one, even the water area was lame and dirty.

The property was clean and beautiful. The service at the oasis water park was not the best and lobby front desk as well. They were pretty rude. I also paid for two extra wrist bands and no one mentioned that there would be a private event and we would have to leave by 3pm. I paid well over 500$ for one night to stay at this place and it was not the best experience at all. Next time I will go to tapatio. Better atmosphere

We were disappointed that we were unable to check in til 5pm. When you pay for a trip for a waterpark and then aren’t able to have access to your room until so late that is very disappointing. We just stayed one night and ended up not having a chance to use the water park because of the late check in. The waterpark closes at 6 - and we had plans to attend a basketball game at 7, so we really had no time to get anything done that we were hoping. Our room was fine, a little outdated seeming. Remotes didn’t work for TV. Our bed was comfortable! But we booked a room with 4 people and a king with a couch bed but they didn’t provide the extra pillows that were needed and we didn’t realize since we hadn’t been able to get to our room til so late and then had to leave to the game until very late and so we just had to go without because everyone was too tired to hike up to the front and gather pillows. The late check in just really ruined the experience for us.

This locations website is a little misleading. Direct quote from their website. “The residential-style look of all 744 guest suites”. We were in a studio, not a suite. Pictures of the suites on the website were not what we stayed in. Upon arrival were greeted out front by a couple of friendly attendants. They directed us where to park for checking in and then where to go for the check in process. As we entered the lobby area, it was very busy and there were two sizable lines. The desk had every attendant busy helping guests. Their manager was actively managing the lines and directing people to make things move smoothly and as quickly as they could. When our turn came around we were greeted politely by a young g lady. She proceeded to get our information and to give us information about the resort. She explained we were going to one of the newest buildings and we would like where we were staying. She gave us directions to the building we were staying in and where to park. She also shared information about the water park. She was very helpful and pleasant. We proceeded to find the building and a parking spot. We got lucky and found a fairly close spot to the building. Parking can be a challenge as there aren’t a lot of spots, but we mostly found spots except once fairly close to the building. When we entered our room, we noticed first thing on the carpeted area lots of crumbs and a couple of peanuts on the floor. It appeared as if the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while.

Not good! Front desk not friendly. The hotel over booked so didn’t get the room paid for and had to fight to get that. Loud with no security working to keep people out of pool at midnight and noise. Used to be an amazing resort. Now it’s subpar at best. I will stay anywhere but there.

My husband and I spent 3 days and nights here and enjoyed ourselves! It was a bit pricey considering no food or meals are included and there’s considerable resort fees per day. It is a bit outdated but still comfortable. Late February weather was pretty perfect! Limited affordable dining options sent us off property for most meals. Always make reservations for on site restaurants as the waits were considerable (2.5hours from start to food at Aunt Chilada’s!)

We paid a lot of money and booked through *******. $400 for the night. Upon checking in we were told there was an additional $84 dollars. I asked for what and was told for use of the facilities. I asked, so the $400 dollars does not include the use of the pool and hot tub? No, was the response. On Saturday night we ordered room service just for dessert. Ordered a few dipping donuts. Picked up the phone ordered, and I was told $31 dollars. I replied, excuse me how much are the donuts. $15 plus $10 dollar service charge and gratuity and tax. I canceled the order. Sunday morning got up and attempted to get a cup of coffee. They had an in house like Starbucks in the area near where you check in for golf. When I got in line there were 17 people in front of me. They had one girl at the cash register taking orders and one other making the coffees. After 20 minutes I went to front desk asked for manager. Nobody came. Went again to the desk to ask a second time and nobody came. I got on line at 9am. Got my coffee at 9:36am. Never will visit this resort again.
