Good location

First we were given an uncleaned room. Later we asked the front desk if we could change rooms. They told us that they were full and there were no other rooms. They asked me to wait for about an hour for the room to be cleaned. After waiting for a while, another staff member changed our room. I thought the problem was solved, but I didn't expect it! ! ! The changed room was very, very bad, because the hotel is located on the side of the road, and the room is not soundproof. There were car horns and super loud noises all night. They said they were full and changed our room. Okay, all of them are counted together, but! The hot water in the hotel is not hot, there is no hair dryer, and the staff does not solve any problems. The most basic hair dryer problem, I told the staff that there is no hair dryer, and he can't do anything. With our extremely bad accommodation experience, tell other travelers who want to choose to stay here, please avoid thunder, the most important thing to go out is to be happy and have a good rest, don't choose this hotel to make yourself upset.

After 4 months of traveling around Asia, Thailand is almost the extreme point))) The hotel is old, the rooms are falling apart, but the beds and linen are comfortable for sleeping! The plumbing also suffers, but you can wash! If you need water, room cleaning and change of linen, then talk about it you need to talk to the reception and you will be clean 😄 People at the reception are helpful, but the best thing is the Infinity pool 👍🏻

Overall not bad for the price. But the furniture is very old. There are no beach towels at all. I was pleased with the pool, where we swam even at night.

Normal hotel, recently changed its name. The number of rooms is average. Located near Patong Hospital. There are many cafes, exchangers, and bike rentals nearby. 15 minutes walk to the beach.

It's clean and quiet. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The facilities are complete. The service is warm and thoughtful. The environment is good. The elevator can go directly to the infinity pool on the top floor. It's a very good experience. I will stay there twice more.

Check In and Check Out was very fast. Have also a few parking Lots in Front of the entry. The Lobby is is very big. Have some Sofas and Chairs to chill in the Lobby. They have 185 Rooms. We had a room with Bathtube and mountain View. The price was very cheap. We just stayed 2 night but I want to come again. Only problem I had, was, that the staff from the reception don't know how to Print the TM30 Paper that I need for the Immigration. So we lost a lot of time.just to get this one paper. Who want to save money the hotel is a good Choice. It's not more then 15 min to walk to the famous walking street Bangla Road. So it's easy to go there. They also have a rooftop pool with a bar to take a drink. It's open until 11pm. They also play music that you can chill and spend your Time.

I really liked the hotel, the room was nice with a balcony, the windows were large, there was a lot of light, the bed was medium hard. The pool on the roof was large, all illuminated with overflow. The interviewer was polite, when I changed the room they changed it immediately, because my windows faced the street.
