I booked a hotel and when I went to check in the receptionist said the room was full and sent me to another hotel, very bad

The location is near the road, for those who are sensitive it can be noisy, but traffic did not bother us, but the air conditioner does not have a night mode and is quite noisy even at minimum power. Quite a hard mattress, very hard pillows asked to be replaced, they were replaced with softer ones without any problems, helpful staff. There are small ants running around in the room. The room without a balcony has a window into the wall. The breakfast is not particularly varied, but everything is delicious and you won’t leave hungry. Great hotel for this price (under $20)

The location is Great and the receptionist (the girl serving me -forgot to ask her name) is friendly during c/in and c/out time. Nothing to complain about the hotel. I'm happy.

hotel is clean, location accessible for everything I love the Thai foods facilities are good . only I noticed they don't have slippers inside the room . staff are friendly and accommodating we will be back for sure on this place after a year.

Very close to the center of Patong. I was grateful for the amenities as I received water and coffee every day. Towels were also changed daily. However, the bed is very hard and not very comfortable. There were a lot of ants and mosquitoes, and the sheets were dirty, so I don't think it's clean. The air conditioner was also difficult to adjust, and the floor and sheets were often damp due to condensation. The price is cheap, so the quality is worth the price.
