A real gem! We had the perfect stay in this lovely hotel. We are so pleased that we stayed at the Westlands instead of the other hotels in Pitlochry which looked a bit tired and impersonal in comparison. There was a mix up with my booking (which was completely my fault!) but it was dealt with incredibly fairly and beyond my expectations.   Fantastic hotel with such a lovely ambience and  amazing location. I must also comment on the delicious breakfast and the wonderful staff. I'm not surprised that all the other guests we met said that on their travels around Scotland this was the best hotel they had stayed in!  If we return to Pitlochry, this is 100% the hotel I'd book!

Beautiful hotel  Staff friendly, hotel modern and clean  Room size very big ( family room)  Choice at breakfast was amazing, to suit all.  We had booked this last year but due to extreme weather warning unable to go to the hotel, they honoured our payment for the following year!  Will be back to visit again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Friendly reception staff, had a lovely warm greeting. Room was spotless, bathroom was excellent at breakfast was great. Hotel was easy to find and has a large car park.  Booked direct too.  Will definitely be back!
