Front desk staff made me show receipt that ******* had actually taken my money for the room. Said it hadn’t come to them. Very bizarre - never happened before when I’ve booked online with *******.

Room was very clean and spacious but mattress was horrible. My back felt like King Kong had danced on it.

Great hotel in great location. Very impressed with the breakfast, they even opened up early so our boys could eat before their early morning football game.

Clean hotel and nice staff. But, Kleenex ran out after only 5 or 6 tissue with no backup, and after getting settled into bed and turning on the tv, the batteries on the remote went dead. Also, the pool was cold.

The lighting in the bathrooms around the mirror are you absolutely terrible. You can’t see well enough to shave, and my wife had a hell of a time trying to comb her hair.

Had to wait for later check in because rooms wasnt ready at 3pm. For the price of the room it should be ready by 3. Staff was friendly.

Beds were comfy, we didn't eat breakfast .. pool was nice. Shopping center was just right across the street along with a krispy kreme and starbucks. Good stay for our family of 6!

I like the location next to the shopping mall. This is in a clean and safe area of time. There are a lot of dining options next to the hotel.

Clean, walking distance to many dining options. The staff was very friendly. I did have to show proof that the room was pre-paid at check-in.

The bed and mattress were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, room was nice and updated. Breakfast was good too.
