If I could give 0 I would. We left after one night. Was up-charged before we entered our room. Food and drinks at hotel was horrible. Pool was filthy. Beach was full of seaweed. After payer more than $3.5k I was refunded $647. I will unsubscribe- never use this service again- and hope to stop receiving emails from TRIP. By the way ……keep your coins

This time I stayed in two five-star all-inclusive hotels in Cancun, the other one was the famous Hotel Xcaret Mexico (hereinafter referred to as X). Compared to X, which has superior hardware facilities and scenery, I recommend Iberostar Quetzal (hereinafter referred to as Q), which is less familiar to Chinese tourists. We were here 6 nights with our 16 months baby. Everything is perfect, lots of options for food. Great cocktails and coffee in lobby bar. Thank you!

The entertainment team and kids club team were top notch! The landscaping is outstanding. The food was good. The alcoholic drinks were substandard!

Beach is absolutely perfect, staff are amazing, property and rooms were very clean, more food choices than you can imagine.

Beautiful jungle environment. Peacocks on the grounds and monkeys in the trees. The restaurants, especially the buffets were amazing. The staff were kind and hospitable. Loved my time and will definitely return.

They do not have enough beach chairs. Half of the beach is RENTAL CHAIRS for 63 usd! Per person! This is unacceptable! There is 100 empty chairs while everyone fights for an available seat. I have never been to a resort that makes you battle for a seat. They upcharge you at every turn they can. Very vampiric business tactics. The room was not properly cleaned and had old food left in the fridge. Staff at the night bar left early and laughed as they walked past. The beach bar is overwhelming busy yet they will not staff it appropriately. The rooms are very dated, with only 2 available receptacles (after unplugging the tv and lamp). The resort itself is beautiful, but it is sullied by poor management, fake promises and its severe over crowding. Truly disappointed.

The property is beautiful and the staff was great. My suggestions - screen doors on the sliding glass doors so we can leave the window open to listen to the ocean without letting critters or bugs in. Also, a real coffee pot in the room so that we can make decent coffee without walking all the way to the restaurant. The little coffee makers in the room are not very good.

Loved the overall property. The jungle area between Quetzal and Tucan was beautiful. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Food options were good for the most part…found my favorite things after a few days that I migrated towards. Wasn’t really a fan of the Italian restaurant. The smokehouse was really good, and I am coming from Texas! My kids loved the beach, pool, and the entertainment. I would come back to this resort again.

Food was outstanding. Service was top notch. Beach was clean and easily accessible. Only complaint was we could hear our neighbors at night

Great hotel. Went with kids and they all had fun. Joined star kids club and they have different activities daily for the kids.
