This hotel is DISGUSTING. I would not recommend it unless you are a chain smoker and happy to sleep in a filthy ashtray. We had a great trip around France, stayed in some lovely places, met wonderful people and sadly our last place fell through at the last minute leaving us driving around looking for somewhere to stay. We arrived at the “hotel” and the reception staff on duty said it was cheaper to book online- so we stood in front of them stood and booked on our phone. In good faith and with an exhausted family we walked up to the two rooms with our belongings and into a hazey room with a stench of stale fags. All of us stood there initially in shock. The room looked like an old prison cell. The beds were dirty and child’s bed not made, in a manly plastic bag and dirty. The stench of the room hit as we opened the door. I literally burst into tears. After a bad day this was the straw that broke the camels back! We checked out both rooms- they were both absolutely rancid in smell - and so we collected our belongings and left immediately. My children’s health is important to me. We don’t smoke and so I would not put them into a room with a foul stench of cigarettes. I certainly would not let them sleep in a room which was that bad: it would be like sleeping in a old fashioned night club during the 90s! We went back to reception and two men working there said we could change rooms. I explained it was a non smoking room but stank and the man working on reception said that many of their guests don’t respect the rules and smoke in the rooms so all the rooms are the same. I explained we were looking for a non smoking room which the hotel advertises- I pointed to the signs around reception showing non smoking!!! and if they couldn’t give us a non smoke too then they needed to refund. I asked for my money back as we had barely been in the room and was told they would refund three nights but not that night because it was non refundable. We had been in the hotel a few minutes! We booked in good faith expecting a clean room- not a hovel. The rooms were not fit for purpose. They stank. Literally stank. Mysteriously two days later the “management” contacted us to say that their staff had checked the rooms and they did not have an odour. I can only imagine that the staff had completely lost all memory an entire conversation with my family, in front of other guests when they ADMITTED that all the rooms stank! I can only imagine that they had a miraculous change of mind ….. Hmm I wonder why! (Unless staff were heavy smokers and nose blind!) Clearly all staff we saw that evening were fully aware that most guests (his words) ignore the rules and smoke in the rooms then they have a duty to enforce the rule or refund honest guests money so they can move on to a clean room. I have booked a lot of rooms in the bb hotel, and compared to other rooms, my room is large and can accommodate 2 to 3 people. The reception of the staff is very good. The cleanliness of the room is also very good. Change the linen cloth and clean the cheesecloth. It's just that the body wash/shampoo can't be charged, so there is little trouble. keep it. If the windows are closed, you will not hear the sound of cars (by the road), but if the windows are open, it is still very noisy. Not far from the Carrefour shopping mall, there is a buffalo grill nearby, suitable for children or super hungry people.

We arrived at midnight. In the triple room, the 3rd bed was not made and there was a chair missing. A chair containing megots was laid on the mattress. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very friendly staff, the attractive neighborhood, a shopping centre 7 minutes walk and a station lar E to reach the capital in 15 minutes really not far from the hotel 7 to 8 minutes walk. We stayed for 5 days for Disney purposes. It was convenient location because we could go to the Louvre without transfer. I went out in a fairly cautious state because I only checked out the information of the sli, but the surrounding area of the hotel was also a woman walking alone and it was an atmosphere without problem. I couldn't check in early, so I changed my clothes in the hotel toilet on the arrival day and went out to Paris city. I took it because I saw the word of mouth that the hair dryer was a paid loan, but there was a hair dryer in the room. There are many places in the room to insert the outlet. In Japan, it was like a Dommy Inn. Large suitcases can be opened in full if they are near the entrance. Breakfast is the same every day, and various kinds of bread, ham, boiled *, cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc., fruits were not cut, so I didn't know if it was decorated or not. There is no vegetables. Some other people were eating alone, so I was not awkward even for a woman traveling alone. There are tourists from Asia, so it doesn't come up strange. It is a hotel that I would like to recommend to Disney Paris for the 30th anniversary from Japan because it is close to the airport.

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great! The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless. Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site. When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical. We can't wait to return!!

For a 2 star hotel this is excellent. Located just a couple of minutes from the RER station and travelling as a solo female in a wheelchair I never felt uncomfortable about the area. Hotel was clean, lift big enough, loved that accessible room could easily be booked online, breakfast excellent value and decent choices for the price. Room was big enough to move around in wheelchair, plug by the bed is always good, large wet room bathroom met my needs. Bins emptied, bed made and towels replaced if needed daily. Could hear trains a little but not bad and they do stop between midnight and 6am ish.

Its took us almost 40 minutes to check in since there is no one missing reception. We called using self check in machine and they informed us to wait for the reception staff. Rooms were small and outdated. Breakfast was very simple and ok. Positive is you get free parking and near to station.

Breakfast is normal, there is no breakfast in Shanghai and Hong Kong, the room is too small to look like an extra bed, the facilities are very old, the air duct is bad, the door handle is not strong, the power plug is very small, the desk lamp has a lamp socket and there is a place to run the electricity. Having spent 5 nights here recently we wish to post our findings our stay. First of all we arrived later in the evening but check in was completed quickly and communication was fine as all staff we met spoke good English. (Even when we tried to speak French). As a group of us we were given 3 rooms all next door or across the hall which was a nice touch. We found all three rooms to be very clean and tidy for our arrival which was welcoming after a long travel day. Rooms: At first glance rooms are spacious enough size wize. We had a bunk bed along with queen size bed in room. Bathroom has a decent size walk in shower and enough towels as you would expect. However when unpacking it was quickly identified that 6 coat hangers and one shelf was never going to be enough storage for 3 bearing in mind the room can sleep 4. So taking advantage of an empty top bunk we unpacked what we could and lived out of a case. A set of draws or 2 wouldn't go amiss. Secondly air con wasn't working in any of our rooms. It was blowing but just warm air. This isnt what you need in a warm room. No fans were in room. These however may have been available had we asked. Rooms decor was a little quaint as decor across whole hotel is bird themed so deffo something a little different. Bar: Not everyone using hotels will use a bar however we as a family like to wind down our day over a drink or two and a game of cards etc however here we found this simple task harder than needed. Unsure if there were staffing issues during our stay but the bar and reception was run by one staff member. So required running between bar and reception to please everyone. During our stay there were issues with chillers meaning no cold beer was on hand or chilled drinks. This wasn't a huge issue as where possible ice was given with drinks however the process of popping to the bar for a drink became a task. No fault of the staff as they were apologetic and did all they could however not what you would expect from a BW branded hotel. Food: On arrival we were advised there was no restaurant operating in the hotel so they had teamed with local restaurants in area for delivery. Again a strange situation for a best western. It did mean that you.could bring your own food / drink into the bar /restaurant area but again felt a little strange doing this. Breakfast: This was available from 7-10 and had a reasonable selection of pastries and continental choices. Beans and Sausages with scrambled egg along with hot and cold drinks. Overall it was adequate. Location: Hotel is advertised as 10 mins from Disney. However this needs to be confirmed that this is likley if you have your own car. In fact it was a 10 mins bus ride to Valley De Europe Train Station and shopping center.Cost of this is 2$ each. From here Disneyland is one stop away on the RER costing $1.90 and $5 into Paris City. Local public transport bus 2 or 22 is available from bus stop a short walk away meaning the journey to Disneyland
