Room was not ready before 6.30PM while it was announced 3.00PM. We had to wait in the lobby. No compensation was ever offered. We couldn’t enjoy any of the hotel amenities after 11AM on checkout day. Felt like we were kicked out from the hotel. The gift shop was sold out on all items we wanted to buy. Not a 5 stars hôtel in any possible way.

Disneyland Hotel used to be our 'home hotel' when visiting Disneyland Paris and we loved it there. We have been eagerly awaiting it reopening after its royal transformation and on the whole we weren't disappointed! The hotel is welcoming and bright and there is so much to see, explore and discover, there are little details to be seen if you take the time to look. The welcome we received as one of the first guests back through the door was incredible! There were happy smiling Cast Members welcoming people back, I'm sure it must have been great for them to finally have guests back in the hotel! There was the chance to meet Mickey in his Royal attire and even a little personalised guided tour of the key areas that we might need whilst we were staying. We even managed to nip into the shop and make the very first purchase there before we'd even checked in! Castle Club is something else! Advertised as a hotel within a hotel, I was very interested to see what had changed since our last stay in December 2019. The first thing I noticed was the classic telephone was still there for calling the lift if required, this is a small, silly thing but meant a lot to a fan like me! The CC reception Cast Members always greet you whenever you arrive and wish you a pleasant day whenever you leave, often asking if everything is OK with your stay. The new rooms are beautifully decorated and well laid out, there are plenty of sockets for charging all those modern day gadgets and they're even by the beds now which is a huge improvement than before! The magic wand switch really is magical, a very nice touch! Our moon and sun switches were wired in the opposite way to what they should have been on the switches between the beds in our room. If you have Disney+ this can be streamed to the TV and you can also link your phone to the sound system in the bathroom to play music whilst you're getting ready for a day in the parks! Unfortunately our room didn't receive turn down on our second night, we're obviously more than capable of moving some cushions and pulling back the covers but I missed the 'bedtime story' card that gets left on the bed (I have a collection of these from before the closure and from some of the other hotels) from what I can gather ours wasn't the only room not to get turned down that night. Another perk of Castle Club is the lounge. The castle mirrors in here really are beautiful and the new railings make it very regal. There is a fantastic choice of drinks available, both hot and cold (included) and alcoholic (additional cost), I highly recommend the mocaccino and the strawberry nectar. Drinks are always forthcoming and not long after you've finished there is the offer of another, you certainly won't go thirsty! Breakfast offers a fantastic selection of 'hot' and cold options from cereal, pastries, waffles and pancakes to sausages, bacon, eggs and even a chef to make you an omelette! I personally didn't try the hot items but I was told they weren't par

The hotel is beautiful and magical! Cast members are doing an amazing job to make the stay perfect. Ee stayed in the delux room with a terrace. Room had magical illumination, our 5 year old was amazed. The delux lounge was not crowded, we just walked in and were seated right away during breakfast. The experience is really worth it, we will be coming back. But there were some things that could have been better, considering that it a Royal Hotel and very pricy : 1) drinks (even water) was not refilled during the stay. 2) Toiletries were not refilled during the stay. Even the shower cap. Compared to The toiletries offered before the renovation - now it's not much (lotion, vanity kit, shower cap). 3) No children robes and slippers were offered 4) The top shower was not switching to the handset shower. 5) There was water leaking somewhere in the toilet. 6) Very long walk from the delux rooms untill the exit/entrance (with 2 kids and stollers), it would have been so much easier just exit from that wing and head to the park. 7) Restaurant and My Royal Dream reservation- it took weeks to get a table at Lumiers and the makeover.

The hotel, newly refurbished, comfortable. The location within steps of the park entrance is exactly what you want if you have tired people! The only problem is that the walk to the wing with the deluxe rooms is far, creating an issue for one of us with a sore knee. The deluxe room was okay space wise for three adults; four would have been very tight. But the deluxe level was worth it, allowing a special check in desk with no waiting. We noted very long check in lines for others. And the deluxe cafe area was excellent with a good buffet for breakfast. We had dinner at Lumiere's and it was lovely, both the food and the setting. The half board meal plan was perfect for us. The bar was also lovely. If you have a named suite, you have access to an upgraded lounge, buffet and viewing of Sleeping Beauty's castle. The hotel also has a gift shop and the "princess experience" is also there. The hotel is clean and very well kept. We had none of the issues others describe with housekeeping. We found all staff to be warm and welcoming. The greeting "Bonjour" or "Bon soir" seems to make all communications better in France. If I return, I will definitely stay here. Just be advised, lots of walking required within the hotel itself. I enjoyed Disneyland more than I expected, and the hotel was a big part of that.

Hotel is newly renovated and beautiful. Staff is very helpful, concierge, waiters, staff at the bars , bellboys…everything was at satisfactory level BUT FOOD IS ABSOLUTE DISASTER . Literally whatever we tried and ate was probably the worst food my family ever had. (without exaggerating) . I can’t believe that such a place has this type of kitchen! Especially for this amount of money! Not only the food is bas but “kids menu” is everything but kids with most of the dishes which no kids ever eat(especially toddlers)! Organization and a system is as well on a very low level for 5* hotel. All in all , if you decide to go ,book just accommodation and. It on the streets - it is as bad as in the hotel. Auberge and garden restaurants are as bad as the hotel ones. Breakfast is on 3* level max. If not even 2. Again all the compliments to the staff in general except chefs obviously.
