Excellent hotel. I would go again. Would recommend to others. Don't expect luxury and swanky things you don't need. This is a perfect example of using what you have, and doing it well.

The room is very clean, and the window opens to the beautiful swimming pool.

Great hotel with ideal location for easy access to all of Alcudia. All staff very professional and friendly.

Spacious, extensive breakfast, in the middle of the town and very close tot the beach. Plus I was there for cycling, perfect place stay in this place for that :)

Staff serviceminded Free parking is on a public parking lot where it is nearly impossible to find space Small bathroom with lack of amenities No water bottle No slippers  They demand personal informations to use internet Breakfast is fine but the breakfast room is very noisy Guests are allowed to reserve sun chairs, so it is not easy to find a free.

This is our 4th stay and will be back, excellent staff, great breakfast choice, the only quibble would be the air conditioning could be better

Check in was welcoming, efficient & I was given a complimentary glass of the best Champagne. The hotel offers EVERYTHING! Cozy bed, beautiful balcony, clean room, AC, fridge, shampoo conditioner soap hair dryer etc. within two minutes walk of every restaurant, convenience store, shopping, coffee shop and bar. 4 minutes walk to water front. Gorgeous pools with ample loungers. FREE, FULL, massive breakfast that was delicious! For the price point- I won’t stay any where else in Alcudia.

This hotel is well located for the centre of Port d’Alcudia which has an easy bus connection to Alcudia itself. The rooms are clean and large, though one of our party had to ask to change rooms due to issues, but the hotel is quite large and functional and lacking in character. The area is quite built up. Also be aware that one half of the hotel lacks any lift and even ground floor rooms require stairs. We really only stayed here to access the ferry port early in the morning.

Nice internal facilities, but pool area surrounded by buildings hence very overlooked, excellent buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not have its own PRIVATE car park, or even a drop off area for parking whilst checking in. There is a public one adjacent, but very full and you need to drive around it until a space becomes vacant. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel !

Hotel is not what the reviews say? First the air conditioning in the rooms is not working. I had 3 different rooms and none of them the aircon was working. We arrived atc 9pm at night was given a room that was a disabled room which is not what i booked in the morning went to reception and they changed us to a room on third floor but was not offered any help to move are stuff and had to wait an hour to get the key?. The balcony doors didn't unlock and lock property. The aircon didn't work not cold. I have spoken to many guests and all said the same thing? Food was ok. Generally the hotel needs a refit. Location is good.

I really liked that there were no kids, had a good pool area, great breakfast buffet and a safe bike storage and garage

Good place, food, cleaned and good standard. Gym facilities was small and less equipment. Building projects in the neighborhood

Very good value - there were loads of options for breakfast, my room was nice and spacious, everything was clean. Only one thing I didn’t enjoy is the shower going very hot every 30 seconds which doesn’t let you enjoy a shower fully but not the end of the world.
