Our venue was canceled last minute and the hotel did not care. They get customers all the time because of this venue and to not understand or care about the cancellation by the event was horrible. The only good thing that happened is the third party app that handled the planned trip stepped up big time and spent almost six hours trying to negotiate with the hotel to no avail. Trip.com is the best!!!

The room smelled like cigarettes, the tv was in a bad position facing the wardrobe instead of the bed. Light had mold.

The staff weren’t kind at all especially front desk. Housekeeping did not do their job; I had to wait anywhere from two hours to twenty-four hours for blankets towels and toilet paper. When I did ask the lady housekeeper said “you always need everyday” nobody ever came to clean our room, we had to clean when we arrived because it was absolutely disgusting nothing was moved for cleaning so we had to do exactly that. upon check out my Mother cleaned thee entire room and left it spotless. I would never recommend this location.

The receptionist was very nice but when we got to the room it was dirty, the floor, the bathroom, the sheets were stained and burned, the room smelled like cigarettes, I complained and they gave me another one, which was not very clean either, there was hair on the pillows, the floor was dirty The bathroom smelled like urine.

It was an affordable place compared to others in the area. I have stayed here many times before and it is always clean and comfy. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a one night or two night stay or passing through. Easy access to highways and stores and restaurants.

Near Windcreek ******! There was no WiFi in room 206. Only in the first floor and office you can access WiFi The staff promised to fix it but it was never fixed!

Both room are dirty and smelled like pee and cigarettes. We ask had to ask for room change because of the smell

Had to wait to check in until desk clerk finished his cigarette. Asked for bottom floor got 2nd floor room smelled like bleach had ONE towel that’s it went to clerk for refund put us in diff room. Was better but website pix are not accurate- no microwave no fridge no hair dryer no iron but expensive

I had to upgrade the room to get a refrigerator and microwave after I checked in. The second room was nice and much bigger with a desk. The bathtub curtain in the upgraded room smelled and had mold on the bottom.

Room was upgraded recently. Although we ended up leaving early. Just felt very unsafe.

Apparently, if u renr a room, it customarily comes with microwave, mini fridge, ironing board and iron. But this is not the case here because its a deluxe room. The room is that I was in was called a standard room which dies has not microwave, mini fridge, no ironing board or iron. When asked why was that, I was told I could move to a deluxe room for an extra eight dollars a night.

It HAS ROACHES! I HAD TO WATCH AND SHAKE EVERYTHING! AND THEIR CLEAN UP JOB IS HERENDOUS! LONG HAIRS IN THE SHEETS AROUND THE TUB IN THE SINK!
