Our stay at Hotel Vrissiana was wonderful. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent. Staff were helpful and kind. It was the best holiday, thank you for services… Excellent!!!! we already book another trip in September again… 🙌🙌🙌🙌

From arrival at reception to check out couldnt fault this place. Our experience really started at Larnaca airport where immigration and baggage was a breeze and transfer was there for a quick get away. A clean hotel with busy thoughtful staff, our maid was the best I have experienced anywhere in the world, and we have travelled lots ! The hotel manager who referred to himself as a team member paid attention to every detail around the hotel, well done that man..... would definately recommend ....

So 6 have been coming to Cyprus for 32 years and loved there previously, so I do understand Cyprus a lot. This hotel was one of the originals and have to say it really is a little gem. I have seen thoa hotel for years but this is the first time we have stayed here. We did have a slight problem with the bed for the 3rd adult, but the manager overheard and sorted this almost immediately and followed with wine and fruit.... amazing service that values its customers, unlike the previous hotel I stayed in last year. The rooms are nice nothing fancy but big enough. There is a kettle with cups and a very good fridge. The only reason I haven't given the hotel a 5 is mainly the noise from Bells bar! I know this isn't the hotels fault, but my god the bell was ringing constantly so if I was you I would ask for a quiet room or take ear plugs. The staff were lovely and really does make this hotel special. The food was great and more than enough variety. I did have a lovely massage in the spa so I would reccomend this. I would 100% reccomend this hotel and I will return again as the location is perfect on the beach. Take insect repellant Beach towels provided Perfect location with everything around you Enjoy☀️

First impressions of the Vrissiana as you walked in the main lobby area where we made the right choice however once we got in our room that went to disappointment as the room was tired with a little damage in the bathroom and to the drawers. Next morning we spoke to reception and where offered another room and an alternative discounted upgrade which we where sold on the view. Everything else about the hotel was FAB. The staff where so nice and friendly and couldn't do enough for you' Always look out for Aris in the Dining Room.Pool area is really nice and chilled with very thick comfy mattress on the beds. Beech is less than a minutes walk and very well kept. The hotel backs on to the ***** and is a few minutes walk away with something for everyone. We also both had a massage whilst we were there in the on site spa which was excellent. Definitely be going back to Vrissiana either later this year or be back in May. Overall one if not the most relaxing holiday I have had for so many years. To be honest could have stayed another 10 days.

Cannot fault this hotel as far as cleanliness and very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful position right near the beach with plenty of sunbeds and a superb pool. The food was pretty average a little repetitive but then I maybe being a little too critical. It was all edible and plentiful. We had a superb view of the sea from our balcony which I. believe every room has a sea view due to the shape of the hotel which looks like a ship from the main road. I would recommend this four star hotel.

My husband and I stayed at Vrissiana Beach Hotel a couple of weeks ago. All in all, it was a good trip. The location was great, as was pool area. The room was a bit tired, but clean and functional. We had the all inclusive option and it was good. The drinks were a bit strong for me, but the bar staff happily made mine a bit weaker. All meals were good and the menus varied a bit each day. I sometimes resort to eating chips when I'm at an all inclusive buffet, but I didn't need to here. Aris made great recommendations and preempted our requests. The best thing about the holiday was the staff. All of the staff at the reception were helpful, polite and professional. The bar staff were great, very efficient. The spa staff were lovely, especially Suzie. She gave me the most wonderful massage, it was so good that I went back the next day. And finally, Aris and his restaurant team were second to none. We were always greeted with a smile, great customer service and a good food. Some of the other hotels were more fancy, but the staff here are rhe reason why I'd come back.

Great service excellent food at the buffet. Very kind personnel and very welcoming environment. Fresh food every day and good gym equipment. The gym could be open earlier than 09:00am for a morning session but apart from this locationwise and servicewise this place is amazing

I had a special vacation at Vrissiana, besides the sparkling cleanliness, the luxurious design of the hotel, I was a very well-trained and very friendly staff! Even if I had the opportunity to get to know other hotels in Protaras, all I want is to go to Vrissiana! the hotel deserves 5 stars plus!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were spacious and modern. The cleaners did a great job everyday making the rooms lovely. The food was nice and me and my partner loved that every night was a different theme. There was a bartender called Marianna Christofi. She was fabulous! So friendly, kind and she honestly couldn’t do enough for you. She made the holiday a joy! Overall, we had a lovely time and would for sure go back!

Our latest visit to the Vrissiana hotel was excellent. This is the view we have experienced on a number of occasions. There is always someone on duty at Reception and nothing is too much trouble for them. Always found the staff polite, professional, experienced and efficient. We are always guaranteed a warm welcome on our arrival from Reception, Porters, and Restaurant staff. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and welcoming with clean sheets, duvet, towels and other essentials. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh essentials. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is situated on the beach and a short stroll to the '*****' ( a road where you will find bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets).

Just got back from our 3rd visit to this hotel. Fantastic location staff from entering the hotel go out there way to help you. Food excellent a special thanks to Aris and his team who made our 10days so very special again. We will be back next May

Please don't waste your money on this hotel it's no way a 4 star the rooms are dirty and dated with terrible workmanship, the food is un edible and exactly what i would imagine if i was in prison.. there's ants and cockrouches everywhere the beds were badly Stained.

From front desk to restaurant, cleaners and Management, Excellent service. Prompt customer service and care. Nice experience, Clean and well positioned within Protaras. The menu varied and were well presented We shall visit again and again 100% satisfied
