During X-mas and Old/New Year I stayed 15 days at Lanzaplaya, and it was great again. The weather was superb, and the special dinners/outside BBQ lunches were really fantastic, my compliments to the staff. It’s my fav location to stay, it always feels like a sort of homecoming when I enter the complex/reception. I really can relax here, it just feel good for me. feel The staff is great, all nice and fine people who really do everything to give everyone a pleasant stay. Why always Lanzaplaya for me? -Location: quiet, but central and very close to boulevard, restaurants etc. Everything is clean, outside/inside. Two supermarkets just around the corner. -Food/drinks: very good quality (first time all incl., I enjoyed it). -Appartement: beds superb, spotless clean, big bathroom, all you standard need is available. Good size balcony or terrace. Like the new soap/shampoo dispensers. -Staff: as mentioned, is great. I always make time to talk to them. It’s really nice to get to know the people better, just “hola” and “gracias” isn’t enough for me. They appreciate this, and the contact is really fine. -Pool: nice area with a good bar, and enough good quality sunbeds. Relaxia towels for the pool are available at the reception (deposit). And yes, there’s space for improvement. In the winter period the evening entertainment is in the Music Bar, next to the reception. It’s a huge room, but there’s totally no (nice) atmosphere. It feels cold/empty, not cosy and comfortable. My advice: (please) make this bar more attractive for the quests and arrange a music system that offer playlists for different ranges of age. We booked relaxia Olivina in Feb 2023 and in Sept 2023 we received email to say overbooked and offered this hotel. We were not happy about it as we have stayed in olivina many years. We have since found out this has happened to many! So we ended up here and never again! Age range is over 60 easy! Food - dire! No choice. Only pork or fish nothing for children. nYE gala was good but not enough staff and who were working were so rushed. Next day leftovers from gala were offered and twice I had chip butty . One time there was a pile of cheese all mixed up or a pile of fried peppers! The entertainment - dire! The entertainment room is near the reception and it’s like sitting in a social club. People in there look like they are waiting for an ambulance. It’s just awful. So we had to go out every night. So we spent money because we had to and unable to have an evening in hotel. Reception has lot of seats but it’s like a morgue. No atmosphere! The staff are all friendly and the lifeguard and animation guy couldn’t do enough to help by pool etc. Rooms. No view at all. They are clean and okay and have a kitchen if you wish to cook on holiday. Location is central. Beds by pool you need to be up and reserve. Hate this. Yes it’s nothing like olivina and we won’t be back to either !

Excellent for a 3 star , excellent food every day. entertainment not great at night . But made a lot better with Alex the entertainer 🤙 No rushing for beds as well Just re booked for another week in august based on price and an excellent location

Fabulous stay. Entertainment staff (Alec) make the hotel and we were extremely sad to hear he has had to leave the hotel. We were excited to return in november however, not sure if it will be the same without Alec. Food was lovely - fresh fish and veggies were the best. Coffee could do with improvement. Rooms were lovely and spacious however, were only cleaned twice during our stay and sheets only changed once. Hotel is in a fantastic location - couldn’t ask for better. All inclusive was a great choice - good drinks selections and pool snacks were good.

My husband Karl and myself Linda, have just returned after an amazing 10 day stay at the Relaxia Lanzaplaya, the hotel and staff went over and above in all area's, but Alex the entertainer on the Pool Bar was just on a different level, I can honestly say he made our holiday in every way, he made and tried to include everyone in his fun activities and his total enthusiasm was infectious and really made for and amazing experience, from his table tennis to bar games, and not to forget(Alexia) and the sangria!

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights & everything was great. The pool area was exactly what we needed and the room was perfect. A special Thank you to Alex who is a genius at what he does. He was great with the children, fun for the adults and an extremely hard working nice person. We will miss you Alex. You made our little boy Grayson have the best time ever! All the best for the future 💛

fantastic hotel, all areas kept very clean, all workers very pleasant would definetly return,excellent location, nothing was too much trouble for staff, rooms very spacious,food very nice and plenty of it,alex and life guard a credit to the hotel

Great hotel, an issue with our room was very quickly resolved. We were all-inclusive and the good although similar every day was fresh, well cooked and tasty. There was enough variety that the similarities didn’t matter. The staff were all lovely and friendly, Alex who ran the entertainment was brilliant. Constant evidence of maintenance in the hotel is always a reassuring sight to see. There was an unpleasant smell in the music bar downstairs and it lacked decor but the remainder of our evenings were upstairs by the pool for the week so I’m unsure if this was a known issue. Overall it was a great week and we would definitely go back, thank you!

Excellent location , reception staff in particular Lucia can’t do enough for you, housekeeping are great with clean towels & bedding almost daily, pool bar & dining room staff are great!! Food can be a bit repetitive if you stay all inclusive but all prepared & presented good

Absolutely amazing 10 days spent at Lanzaplaya from top to bottom great hotel! The staff were the best very polite and very very helpful. Special Special shout out to Lucia who was amazing for us we got married in Lanzarote and Lucia made everything extra special for us with how nice and kind she was! Nothing was a problem for her she bent over backwards for us…I can say hand on heart the best hotel I have stayed at abroad, had everything you needed and really clean the pool was the best! The location of the hotel was great 3 minutes from main *****. We enjoyed it that much we have booked the hotel again for our first year anniversary 9th May 2025. Not one zero issue with anything or anybody in the hotel.

We had a lovely holiday at Relaxia. Staff were so helpful, we had breakfast and food was excellent and plenty of choice. Our apartment was lovely and comfortable, always plenty of hot water and maid service very good. Only down side for us was the steps, which there are rather a lot of. We are in our late 70's and wanted a sea view so they were unavoidable but worth it. We have stayed at Relaxia Lanzaplaya 3 times so know what the set up was like.

Great apartments and facilities. No rushing or reserving sunbeds, staff really friendly, clean and modern apartments, cleaned every day with fresh towels. Left a bottle of champagne for my birthday with a lovely note. Highly recommend these apartments and will be back later this year and next year. Thank you all at relaxia playa.

The accommodation was first class the location couldn't have been better less than 5mins and you could go left or right and there was shops and bars either way and the beach straight ahead the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you the food was first class I actually for the first time not only managed to cut my steak but I was able to eat it hats off to the chefs relish I highly recommend this hotel

Hotel and food were good. quiet and relaxing but only 2 minute walk to shops and bars. Only criticism is no outdoor seating in an evening to have a drink.
