David, Rosa and the Switzerland lady were so lovely to meet at reception. David especially booked me in to a lovely room for the week I spent there. The English man that does yoga and Pilates every morning was a very nice person too. But the cream on the cake was visiting the restaurant that is only opened Tues and Friday. Was the nicest tapas on the whole island-and so reasonable, price wise

Good location. Hotel quiet but atmosphere was good, really pleasant entertainment rep, rooms spacious and clean, good value for money. Although I booked sea view I found the steps a bit awkward with cases but that was no problem the Manager arranged for me to have a room on ground floor which was brilliant. There was no noise concerns at all given I was right by pool and sunbathing area. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest is that there were more vegetarian options Sausage or burgers etc., but I certainly did not go without and enjoyed what food was served. Overall it was a lovely Holiday. Thank you

We stayed here on an all inclusive basis. Overall, the food was fine. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries, and there was usually some kind of beef stew available at both lunch and dinner along with plenty of vegetables. The lights in the restaurant tripped constantly, meaning you could be sat in the dark for a couple of minutes at a time. None of the staff seemed particularly concerned, although they are clearly very understaffed. There are only two members of staff responsible for clearing tables, serving drinks, and replenishing plates and cutlery. As a result, tables aren’t cleared in a timely manner and you’re lucky if you get served at the bar quickly. This level of service extends to the entertainment bar as well, where staff can disappear for 10 minutes at a time. The hotel generally feels like it’s operating on a budget cut when it comes to staffing, which would explain the overall lack of service and the poor entertainment. Mohammed is clearly a very busy man and seems to be doing everything the hotel expects of him… except running the entertainment! That appears to happen more on his own schedule, as and when he feels like it. The hotel is so close to the strip, where there’s an abundance of restaurants and bars offering lots of choice, so it feels like a bit of a missed opportunity staying in for meals and drinks. One thing to be aware of is that the coach drop-off point is a short walk to the hotel (unless the driver decides to send you up the hill!), and there are many, many steps within the hotel itself. This isn’t just something for people with mobility issues to consider — it can also be quite tricky navigating them with suitcases. Drinks on the all inclusive package are also limited. Branded drinks come with an additional charge, and there aren’t many knock-off alternatives included. I wouldn’t recommend staying all inclusive however if you are just looking for somewhere to stay, the location is excellent and definitely the hotel’s only plus.

Nice apartment, food good, plenty of Choice, did all inclusive, but still went out at night as the pool area bar where all entertainment was did not have very much seating, so sometimes people had to stand. James who did the entertainment was lovely.

This is our second visit to this hotel and the only complaint I have is that people are allowed to smoke around the pool and the bar seating area there should be a smoking area where smokers should go just like many hotels we’ve stayed in . Here you get people coming sitting right next to you smoking with no consideration of none smokers. The rooms are dated the air conditioning is on the noisy side food is not too bad you can always find something to eat and I have to give James a mention really nice guy who works there

Great hotel thank you to Miguel and team who made the stay a delight hotel facilities were good very clean public areas and rooms. The staff were a delight special shout out to Danella and team at the bar who provided great service. Food in the restaurant was good quality and varied also visited the onsite tapas which was delish. Really happy with our stay and even although we would not normally revisit the same hotel or resort for our next trip we are planning to revisit as this hotel was really good and in an excellent location for exploring the resort. Only downside was 10 days not long enough….

Location is key to this hotel hidden away but so close to the strip and centre of puerto del Carmen. There is a very lay back atmosphere at this hotel staff are all very nice they all speak to you and are very hardworking but still have a smile. The rooms are spacious and come fully equipped with everything you need for holiday we go all inclusive as the food is really nice plenty of choice, hot and tasty. The rooms have a separate living area,kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower, we travelled with our older son and the room was ideal for 3 as the living room sofa converted to a double bed. The hotel is a little pricey for a 3 star but it's all about the location it's our 3rd stay at this hotel and we are coming back in November. I must mention james the animation man he does it all on his own and does a great job he always comes over a talks to you he is a credit to the hotel

The location was fantastic the apartments were lovely and clean and loads of room the entertainment was not brilliant the food was ok if you like fish but you could always find something to eat

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Kitchen area in the apartment could do with an update but otherwise very comfy room.

Really nice clean hotel close enough to the main strip without being noisy. The main beach is close too as are super markets bars and restaurants. I have stayed several times and never had any complaints.

The room is really good I've had the best sleep ever and the hotel is amazing but the WiFi is shocking for TV because I brought fire stick from UK home and it's goes off the WiFi some time singing every time so it needs sorting but I really enjoyed it I've got one more day to go before flying back home Sunday night I would come again because next to the strip and good for the buses to catch so ya

Location spot on, food good to be fair, apartment clean but floor tiles exceptionally slippy when wet. Massive issue with sunbeds, have to be up early to get one as all reserved by 7am. This is something the hotel management need to get a grip on as they are reserved early but some not used until 2pm. A bloke had the audacity to challenge me (lone female very brave.....) when I moved his 'reserved' parasol....told him to do one as he'd not been there for 3 hours. Only thing that annoyed me was other holiday makers acting as if its their first day on planet earth! Need my own island!

Great location, not far from the front. Apartments excellent, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good. Entertainment was not brilliant, maybe early in the season, although the entertainment room wasn't very appealing, no windows. Overall great stay, definitely recomnend
