Clean room and amenities. Breakfast is good too especially the fresh tropical fruits. Location not too close from the city center but I don't mind it as they have local motorcycle-ride-hailing app like Angkas called On the Way.

It’s got a beautiful pool and reception area. Outside it looks nice. The state of the rooms inside was a little disappointing. Quite old. Unkempt if i may. the wallpapers are slightly peeling at the edges, it’s stuffy and really can use some renovation work.
The staff is nice and friendly and the restaurant makes good food. Even though the dial code wasn’t working and i had to call reception everytime i wanted to order.

Wonderful hotel in a nice quiet area. Pool was fabulous and the staff were all super friendly and kind.

The hotel room was disgusting ! The beds were damp, the room smell of mold! The towels weren’t usable, there was ants in the bed . I was scared to even lay on the bed and clean my body . This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed at . Outside and beautiful and well kept , they should apply the same to the rooms .

The room was ok.
The pool is under renovation.

Maganda, malinis and accommodating ang mga staff. Sulit yung stay namin dito free buffet breakfast pa and may free shuttle pa pa airport. Medyo malayo layo lang konti sa main Highway but still accessible naman sya kasi maraming tricycle.

When we arrived the hotel gave us the welcome drinks and its refreshing. At 1st the hotel give a wrong room which the room has already occupied but after that they gave a room with 2 queen beds. We enjoyed our stay in aziza. So convenient and tuk tuk just infront of the hotel. Easy to go anywhere.

After our trip to El Nido, we returned to Puerto Princesa and checked into this hotel again, since we had already been here upon arrival and liked it. But this time they tried to charge us extra for something unknown, didn’t give us a welcome drink, and put us in a terrible room. The room stank, the toilet was clogged, everything was shabby, torn, the wallpaper was falling off. I don't recommend the hotel.
