Way to expensive 200 per night

Tub is dated. My wall was adjacent to stairs and it must be very thin because I heard people going up and down. My window was open when I arrived which made me feel unsafe. I also do not appreciate the policy of “non refundable” and “check in before 9pm”. Both limited my choices.

Located in downtown, easy walking distance to restaurants. Short driving distance to WSU and shops. Motel is updated and kept in good condition. Staff are polite and helpful.

This place was amazing. Customer service was beyond top service, very friendly I would highly recommend this place located right downtown like I said, customer service was beyond top service very comfortable and cozy and really safe. I was here visiting my daughter, who is attending WSU highly recommend this place 10 stars.

Reasonable rates, walk to downtown and close to WSU. Good restaurants close by. Clean. Ice machine is upstairs?

It was a clean and quiet motel room, perfect to put your head down etc with your pet. Location was great for what i needed and some good eats close by. Suggestions- Maybe no carpets for your pet friendly rooms. More sanitary, easier clean etc And 2- consider making more mordern looking, updates.

Amazing stay it's 2nd time here and longest Clean and i noticed the change for all rooms digital lock.Thanks to Mr Greg and fmly.

The rooms are clean and sufficient for the price. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functional. It’s conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants, etc.

Stopped by the room to use the bathroom after the game & the code wasn’t working. I told the attendant, she replied that I was just “wasted”, and the code was fine. After trying 20 minutes an alarm went off…she then admitted the code was erroring out & gave me a new one. I was there after a WSU game, of course I’d been drinking, but that had nothing to do with their code not working.

Absolutely amazing as always! The people who run the hotel know me by name and it’s a very welcoming feeling, like my home away from home!

I would not stay here again, room was dirty with spider webs on the walls, dirty floors, bathroom door hinge loose/broke, outside door needs resealed can see light through it and bugs crawl right in. Had to kill 6 big Beatle bugs climbing on the walls. Bathtub dirty, bathroom floor dirty, base heat that is very noisy at night cycling on and off when your trying to sleep. Overall for the money this place was not worth it, needs a lot of updating and repairs done .

Very easy check in! Rooms are clean and have exactly what you need. It would be an added bonus to have a small continental breakfast in the mornings but overall it was a very pleasant stay!

It is an older motel but I feel the remodeling /updates so to speak were good and cool the way they incorporated the wsu colors theme. A very convenient location as well.
