I don’t recommend to stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms are very noisy, the bed squeeks when you move from side to side. I could even hear the neighbours bed when he or she switched sides. The elevator door slams, which wakes you up. The rooms look clean, but the floor of the bathroom was smudgy. I did not check the star rating of this hotel before the say, but it’s barely worth the 2 stars it offers.

The room smells bad, very bad with humidity, I am in the room with my little daughter who can't stop coughing because of the humidity and the bad smell, it is unbearable. And they don't give any solution, other rooms don't smell like that, this may be the pipes but no one sleeps.

I booked this hotel because it looked good in the photos and it was all a scam, the room was super uncomfortable and in poor condition, the bed was super small and I had asked for a double bed, I had paid for buffet service and there was a super poor menu and also the same Lunch and dinner menu for every day was full of cockroaches. At the reception of this hotel there was no one to greet you, you had to go to round two which was at the other end of the sidewalk, and worst of all, for the same price that they are charging for a two-star hotel you can find Things in much better condition. It's a shame and the bad moment that no one takes away from you because you go with ideas of enjoying yourself with your partner and what you do is express yourself. They don't even put water in the room. The shower tray is so bad that you destroy your feet if you bathe barefoot. The receptionist who assists you at the hotel of the same chain is incapable of resolving any incident or problem. She simply tells you that the team that deals with it leaves at 2pm, the air does not even work.

Highlight the general lack of maintenance in the rooms. Slow pipes and, in my case, the shower did not drain and had mold. The doors were swollen from moisture buildup. The balcony door was not fixed to the wall so it would move out of position with the wind. And the distribution aisle smelled of fried food and tobacco.

Very poor soundproofing. We hear walking, talking, snoring at all hours of the night. It is very difficult to get good sleep. Very small room. I just recommend for a few days. Price could be lower
