It was nice to stay, very convenient to old city.

Amazing staff

The service staff has a very good attitude

We had an amazing time here! All staff were excellent and went above and beyond. One thing we did not appreciate was the service we received from Catherine, a representstive from Air Transat for excursions. We did not receive the truth for travel time to our excursion, nor good information. At the resort, everything was too notch!

The room itself looked great but the bathroom was clogged and overflew. We had to take of that ourselves as there were no maintenance on at that time. All the lamps were broken so the only way to turn them on and off was to unplug them. Additionally, the coffee machine was not working. Door to the room had a gap that lead use to hear everything that was happening in the hallway.

Lovely hotel in the old city with nice walking around it and an ice skating rink across the street. We loved the indoor tropical garden with pool hot tub and sauna. Restaurant was good, parking was easy, everyone was kind. Would recommend and stay there again.

I would suggest having a better description of where to check in and how the parking garage works.

The hotel was really close to everything we were there for! The restaurant in the hotel was so amazing to our 5 year old as well as great food! We had a great time and definitely will be back!

Stayed here Saturday - Tuesday for Winter Carnaval with our 2 children. The room initially advertised both in photos and the amenities, that the room would have a small table with 2 chairs, it did not. We found this to be inconvenient as it left us no place for our 2 children to sit and eat, which wasn’t ideal. The housekeeping every few days is advertised as being eco friendly but personally it was wildly inconvenient to not have clean towels each day, or at least enough towels based on the occupancy; we had 2 large towels for a family of 4. There was a SEVERE sulfur and chlorine smell that was extremely strong, I’m not sure how the folks with balconies facing the pool tolerated it! The hallway had such a strong sulfur smell and since our return home we have washed the bathing suits 5 times and can’t shake the smell - looks like they are getting tossed. Overall, the location is great but the smell and lack of fresh towels each day will have us searching elsewhere for our return next year. Staff was lovely though!

Property was old and smelled bad. they also dont clean the rooms until the 4th day of the stay. since we were there only for 3 days, we never had our room serviced. we would not stay in this property in the future.

The hotel is quite old and needs a refresher. Coffee machines in the room but no bottled water provided. No usb outlets, it’s 2024… Slight sewage smell when you first enter the lobby from outside, then an abundance smell of chlorine from the pool. The hot tub is lukewarm at best and full of kids. Parking is challenging but Aziz was very helpful as I had to put my Thule box in storage or I couldn’t get my SUV under the building. Overall it did the job for the Winter Carnival but I would choose somewhere else if staying in QC again.

Stayed for Winter Carnaval. Great location to everything. Only minus I would give is parking lot was not made for our pick up truck. We had to find an outside lot and pay every 10 hours.

For the hotel good service, nice room. On the other hand, for the spa like several customers it ruined our swimsuits. For a weekend worth several hundred dollars, not sure I want to go back. I will make another choice for my next stay in Quebec.

Good overall. Only real issue was when checking in the desk attendant asked us to sign what she said was "just the no-smoking policy", but which actually contained a bunch of info about rights we're waiving, the hotel's liabilities, and also a clause confirming that they can take money from our account if something goes wrong. Strikes me as misleading to hand that off as "just the no-smoking policy". The document was also dated to two-days before our check-in which was sketchy, since it could potentially allow them to charge us for things that happened before we got there. I changed the date on it, and everything ended up fine, but just pay attention to what you're signing.
