DISGUSTING! I wrote this as I sit on hold with Hilton Honors. How frustrating to check in after a long day of travel to 1st walk in to a clearly smelly room and then step into a non cleaned shower. Then found out the toilet didn’t flush. NOT what we are used to with the Embassy brand. We are tired, ready for bed, but waiting for hotel staff past 11pm with a 6 & 7 year old to determine if we have a toilet the rest of our stay. Seriously, there are MULTIPLE Hilton properties here - BOOK A DIFFERENT ONE! I’m actively trying right now.

It’s homeless shelter that needs to be ridden out of my neighborhood. Do better Denver. The neighborhood was nice before our governor embezzled money to purchase this and make it a constant hotspot for EMS and Crime nearby! Thanks to all the libs who made this possible :-) Look at the trouble tree off Quebec it’s the same story as this hotel!! FANTASTIC

Third stay here and the best rooms (2 room suites for all guests) in the Highlands Ranch, South Denver suburbs. Great free full breakfast daily. Great pool and gym. Spacious open area. Negatives; never recognized as a Hilton Honors member; receptionists not friendly; ladder blocking from entrance not addressed by management and OSHA violation by vendor; sparks flying in lobby as another vendor opens a locked suitcase with power tools directly on from of 2 receptionists. OSHA violation again. Stayed several days and had room service once. Claimed we had DND sign on door (we had a dog); so work with us, don’t ignore our request to serve room at our convenience; we’re the guests!!!! Poor restaurant but the manager was outstanding; limited menu; that restaurant has always been useless with poor food; let’s make that very poor food and selection; how do you not have soup of the day each evening??!!

I already wrote a review, but for some reason it never posted. I checked in today due to an emergency at my home and my insurance company booked this place for me last minute. It is pet friendly, which I needed. But the room is disgusting.. I went to get in bed tonight and the sheets were clearly not changed after the last guest there was make up and snot all over them. It was disgusting. I called the front desk and they were very nice and asked if I wanted to change rooms but I had already settled in and it was late so they ended up bringing me clean bedding, then I took a shower and there was a used shampoo bottle in the shower so clearly the shower was not cleaned. There’s sticky dirty stuff all over the nightstand. Windows are so dirty you can barely see out of them. Carpet was not vacuumed. I found change and new clothing tags on the floor even though the hotel is old that wouldn’t be an issue if it was at least clean.

Bathroom had dried urine on floor, and trash cans were not emptied. COVID is over people, get back to cleaning/inspecting rooms daily. This is not the "new normal". Make an effort to keep rooms cleaned daily.

We were pleased at the hotel atmosphere, especially the chef at omelet station in breakfast. However, the front desk Chris and on duty manager Kevin on Saturday, 9/9/2023 are very COLD BLOODED. Our group were to catch the flight in the morning however one of our members over slept. We asked for their help for the room number but they ruthlessly declined SEVERAL times. Their attitude is like I don't care any crisis happening to you I only care about my job. For the sake of their attitude, I will not go back to this hotel location!

This place needs a complete upgrade/makeover/facelift, as its exterior is outdated and so is the interior. All the doors on the room we stayed in would not open or shut smoothly. You had to slam them and even then, the bathroom doors would not shut or open properly. The air vents on the ceiling of the interior area overlooking the floors below were filled with dirt and large dust bunnies. The free breakfast menu never changes and they dont allow you to touch the bacon, rather an employee rations it out to you vs. the open access to the pork sausage. No alternative to eating pork as if no one knows about turkey bacon or sausage. Other then Kevin at the front desk, the rest of the front desk staff needs a crash course on how to smile, be welcoming and put the guests needs first. The personal safe in our room did not work and maintenance could not replace it. The microwave in our room was dirty on the inside. Not sure who measured the toilet tank in our room but it was so large that it blocked your access to the second roll of toilet paper. The water pressure at times in the shower was nothing more then a trickle. Overall this location is being run like a low budget motel but charging top dollar based on the Hilton brand. Don't look out the glass while in the elevator on 1st floor, if you don't want to see old room access cards, multi colored confetti and other trash, around the panels that separate the dining area from the elevator.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was outstanding! Everyone was helpful and very polite, most spoke English. The breakfast is better than any you can buy at any restaurant. The evening happy hour was a nice touch. As with all Embassy Suites we have stayed the rooms were comfortable and we could not here the neighbors. Great expierence. Thanks!!

Our ladies group the D.I.V.A.S ministry have been coming to the Embassy suites for about 5 years. We always enjoy our stay at the Embassy suites We love the breakfast and the hot tub . We always love coming ❤️

Visit Kevin Parker and his coworkers at Embassy Suites Denver Tech North. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and served the needs for an extended stay. The added bonus of breakfast allowed us not to have to rush out in the early morning.

We were assigned a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Had to threaten to leave the hotel before they offered another room. The room they offered was only for one night, so we had to re-pack, move, and un-pack again the next day. They refused to bring us fresh towels because we did not request towels with 24 hours advanced notice (this was not mentioned during check-in). Toilet seat was loose and flopping around. Had to wait in line at the omelet station to get bacon (everything else was serve yourself).

There was a mix-up when we arrived as our room was under construction with drywall tools in the room. We were quickly moved to another room...not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience at the end of a long day traveling. Our "upgraded" room was the exact same room a few floors up. The mattress was really bad, it reminded me of an air mattress. Poor quality. The hotel is very old, and it shows. We didn't even bother trying the breakfast in the morning, so I have no idea if it was good or not.

Worst ES I’ve ever seen. Grungy inside and out. Atrium floor filthy with food crumbs and spilled drinks all week. Right side of the mattress totally blown, sheets don’t fit, a/c doesn’t keep up and vent squeaks, couch belongs in a garage sale. Housekeeping did a partial job, the day after requested. Trashy.

From the front desk staff to the grill cook at breakfast the hotel is older but the staff made up for that. The evening reception was a lovely addition with healthy snacks etc rotated each day. Atrium atmosphere was welcoming. Did tend to be noisey due to kids on vacation. The Grill cook was fast and precise in his orders. The restaurant needs faster service and food quality. Nearby restaurants make this more difficult to compete. Great location.

Family vacation with 4 kids aged 4 to 10, so we needed a room with several beds. The room here was great with 2 queen beds in 1 room and then a sofa sleeper in another room. The location here on the south side of Denver was also what we needed for where we were headed. There is a Whole Foods across the street. It is about 20 minutes from the Denver Zoo and 30 minutes to Red Rocks.
