The Black Cat is no longer. It is now Casa Elizabeth. The people running it are nice. But, whoever plays the music on the main level should be aware that the paper thin walls don’t support blasting that music at 7am, 9am or 7:40am which is when it started during my mornings here. I complained the first morning but obviously nothing really changed. Frustrating. As well, whilst probably not their fault, there is some external source of very loud club music playing late into the night, like after 1:30am on a Wednesday, seemingly next door. I love music but I’d never stay here again and would suggest people avoid Casa Elizabeth/The Black Cat as there has to better options in Xela. Oh wait! Someone else must have complained, they lowered the volume a little! Good luck!

Heel veel ging er mis bij ons verblijf. Begon dat ze ons niet verwachte , er binnen en buiten het hotel naar een acceptabele kamer werd gezocht en we eindigden is een vieze kamer( met vlekken op de dekens). Er was geen water. Het is een koude stad maar dat weerhield het personeel niet om in de ochtend alle ramen weidt open te zetten.
