In a good location to walk to everywhere with iBis Styles reliable buffet breakfast included and good carparking options. Easy to control heating/cooling in room. A lovely stay in which we got a lovely night sleep. Would recommend to others.

We have stayed here before 10 years ago. Great location. You can walk everywhere in Reims from here. We used the secure parking (extra charge at 11€ a day which was fine by us). Bed comfortable. Nice quiet room. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff and quite relaxed. They were quite happy with us ordering a takeaway in the evening and us eating it in the common areas. Great value for money. Thoroughly recommend.

Very comfortable room and bed. Breakfast really nice too. Cheaper parking across from the hotel. €4 for 24 hours opposed to €11.

Great hotel with parking very close to the centre. We stayed in a room at the back and it was very comfortable and very quiet. Staff so helpful. Breakfast very good and nice chilled environment. Staff were particularly helpful when I had left my 'earbuds' in our room after check out, and they found them and arranged for them to be posted to me. Only downside decor was a little over the top. But all in all, a very good stay.

Comfortable and clean room with everything we needed. Great location for walking into the city centre - and windows good at soundproofing the traffic noise. We were lucky to get a parking space in the secure car park (arriving at approx 5pm) as it is very small, but there was a much bigger public car park right outside the hotel too. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great too!

This hotel is great value for money, is centrally located to walk to various Champagne houses and the cathedral and restaurants. There's a secure car park, and the rooms are extremely comfortable and have every thing you need. The staff are all lovely and the breakfast was included and excellent.

Simple but functional hotel. Friendly staff, basic but clean rooms, good breakfast. Located near the center. Suitable for families and tourists, it has everything you need for a short stay in Reims. Excellent value for money

This was a fab hotel for a one night stop over in Reims! Marie on check in was excellent, and the parking was great - safe and secure. It was limited so we were glad we arrived mid afternoon. Breakfast was also very good. Only slight downside was a lack of safe in the room, but a minor point. A great place to stay on our way back from our European adventure.

Convenient stay in Reims - comfortable bed and easy to walk everywhere. We parked in the car park opposite and it was just €4 per 24hrs.

Upon arriving at ibis hotel Portsmouth at 10:54 on the 25th April 2023. The first thing I did was wait at an unattended reception desk for ten minutes before a member of staff appeared and I was able to pay your parking charge for the priviage of giving them our custom. The £10 fee was paid by card and I have reciept. I am now suffering harassment from ibis for a £100 civil enforcement parking fine. I tried an appeal and contacting the hotel but no one gets back with confirmation of the mistake / cancelling this fine. They have informed me that they intend to proceed with court action as threatened. They will not talk by phone or email. Just auto stuff in their favour. I am now worried court may issue something in my absebce. Please avoid this hotel group. I sent copy of recipt for the £10 fee to their appeal section but they have rejected my appeal and receipt. What are iinnocent customers supposed to do? George Bowlt X customer

The parking is managed by a third party company and they are the ones sending the fines, not the hotel. Location is great. Just a few minutes walking to the city centre, you can see the cathedral from the hotel rooms. But…. Breakfast is really crowded in a small place. I got pushed aside a few times just trying to stand in line for the coffee. The airco does not work, it’s not broken they just decide that 19 degrees is the best. You can only turn it on or off. The people behind the frontdesk can’t help with it because management does that. So the only option is to open a window, which means that you sleep with the window of 80x80 cm wide open, there is no latch of some sort on it. Everybody does this so be aware of fighting noises, snoring, street sounds etc. This is not what you expact of an ibis hotel. There is parking right across the street, it is fenced in and you pay 4,- per 24 hours.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Room and toilet ceiling has serious mold problem, spider web were obvious. Room space is good enough for 1 big and 1 small suitcases. Breakfast choices were ok standard, serving time is long until 11pm. Public parking is just outside until the bridge for free at night. We stayed for 1 night for stopover and visited the town for a few hours. If we didn't plan to visit the town for a bit, I would just go for a budget Ibis instead, at least there weren't any mold on ceiling while you are sleeping with the window closed.

Adequate room - but lovely and cool when the outside temperature was 32 degrees! Good location with private car park. But the receptionist deserves a special mention. We hadn’t realised that Reims has a “low emission zone” (LEZ) for which you need a car sticker (which has to be ordered in the UK in time for it to be posted to your home address - and we didn’t realise until we were in France). We had booked other Ibis hotels in a couple of other towns so we asked her about whether they are also in a LEZ and she spent several minutes checking for us. Then she found out that it is possible to get an electronic “sticker” online, and offered to help with scanning documents. All in all, she went “above and beyond” in trying to help us - many thanks!
