Hotel is quite old but they try to keep it clean at its best condition. Room is spacious and family-friendly usage. Breakfast is ok. Free laundry for guests.

Hotel location is very good, 10 minutes from the airport. Old hotel, carpets needs upgrade. Bed and pillows are comfortable, spacious kitchen and living room. Quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Would be happy to return.

The hotel is five kilometers away from Seattle Airport. It is difficult to find supermarkets around it, only Wal-Mart. Due to road construction, you have to take a detour of more than three kilometers to Wal-Mart. You can call the hotel shuttle for free pick-up, such as the airport, nearby supermarkets or hotels, etc., provided that it is only within a five-kilometer range and you must speak English. One unpleasant experience was that the car sent by the hotel had a problem and waited for more than two hours in vain. In general, the hotel staff is quite enthusiastic and can negotiate if there are any problems, provided that you can communicate in English. The hotel facilities are relatively old, but the room size is acceptable and clean. The cleaning staff will not take the initiative to clean, and you must inform the front desk of the cleaning needs in advance. The hotel does not have slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc., and there is no kettle to boil water.

It was a great trip, staff was friendly and accommodating. We got a room with a non-working tv and they moved us to a better room. Can not complain 10 outta 10 would recommend and come back

In the middle of everywhere, very convenient getting around and going places. Good condition hotel. Communication was on point! Staff and front desk very friendly! Only thing was the lights in the dining area of the room were a bit dim and not that bright. The shower soap in the showering was empty upon arriving. But that’s it. Would I stay here again? Yes I would.

It included breakfast but there wasn't even milk or juice or eggs. The unit smelled old and musty.

Overall I was happy with the hotel and the experience. Two things to be aware of: 1. Their “queen” beds are the size of full size beds. When I asked the lady at the front desk about it, she very immediately replied (as if she’s gotten this question a lot), “There are no full size beds in this hotel. We only have queen or king.” I’ve slept on a lot of beds in my days and I know for a fact the beds in our hotel room were not queen sized beds. It would be appreciated if the hotel accurately stated the correct size of beds on their website. 2. The breakfast is more of a grab and go type breakfast. Not a sit down breakfast. No waffles, no eggs, no sausage and no bacon.

It was a nice place to stay while visiting friends and relatives. It’s quiet and the free breakfast was great. The staff was cheerful and friendly.

I spent 3 days in queen bed quite well. But the air-tub connection to upper floor could hearing people talking TN

Nice and quiet. Our tv didnot work well and spoke to desk 3x and still didnot work well when we left.

This property is older, but that aside, it was a great stay. Excellent customer service and it had everything you needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, great water pressure and a full kitchen with a few basics. They also provide a decent breakfast daily and cofee/tea all the time. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at Larkspur Landing went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and welcoming while I was out of my house waiting for a furnace installation at the coldest part of the year. I was already exhausted and cold, but Malachi at the desk was so kind and courteous that it cheered me up immediately. The room was warm and cozy—and, best of all, quiet. I couldn’t hear any of the other guests. Continental breakfast was included and snacks and coffee were available in the lobby. And the room itself had enough floor space for yoga.

This hotel is conveniently located close to Seattle’s airport. The staff members are friendly. The facility is in need of renovation and could use a deep cleaning. It isn’t necessarily dirty. It just isn’t as well kept as it once was.

Perfect for the person who want to have a relaxing visit and not having to drive everywhere. Shuttle service was amazing and was able to get everywhere I needed to. Room was cozy and comfortable and had everything I needed. Fully stocked kitchen! Thank you Larkspur Landing for an excellent experience
