Great hotel very helpful staff Restaurant amazing and good value Sea view room amazing

This property had good reviews and it was ocean front. There were two types of rooms to choose from, sea view and regular. The sea view advertised a furnished balcony. We booked the sea view room and we were looking forward to hanging out on the balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean after a long day of traveling. It was more expensive but we needed the break. We got to our room and the view was only from the tiny balcony that faced north instead of towards the ocean. The balcony was so small only one person could stand out there at a time. At each end of the balcony were two small chairs that were not comfortable and you couldn't see anything but each other if you sat in them.Our room was dated and everything looked worn. The air conditioner was either on or off, you could not adjust it. The air intake for the air conditioner had a layer of dust on it covering the entire intake, it was really gross. I would not recommend this place, especially for the high price and not knowing if you're going to get the room they advertise.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel restaurant has great food, decent options around as well. Service was good. Beach view is very nice. Bathroom in the room we had was small, and the A/C was weak. Beach is extra charge which we did not know about. Otherwise everything was great!

Myself and two associates stayed at the Ascot Hotel while attending an exhibition in Rimini. The hotel was recommended by another associate as the best hotel in the the Rimini area. It definitely lives up to this statement. I have been attending this exhibition for years and indeed this hotel puts it altogether. The rooms are very in excellent condition and appointments perfect. We had both breakfast and dinner during our five day stay and both are superb. Try out the SPA if you are feeling a bit stiff or just some relaxation. The staff is the best I have experienced. Knowledgable, courteous, and very attentive. Simply put a wonderful hotel to stay. Timothy Pellizzer

We just got back from Ascot & Spa and will visit again. The hotel is right at the beach, the perfect location. We booked a sea view room, which was well worth it, stunning views. The room and bathroom (a little dated) were a bit on the small side but adequate for sleeping and showering. Very well cleaned every day with fresh towels and a load of toiletries. The hair dryer was not such a success, I was glad I brought my own. We paid to park our car in the garage, which was well worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. The owners were also working in the hotel every day. We booked half board, the breakfast was very good with a big buffet and bubbles. Hot, cold food, sweet stuff, fresh fruit etc, etc. The evening meal was also very good, again with a big starter buffet, first course and second course with each 4 choices and big choice of desserts. The pool area was lovely, nice size pool and jacuzzi (both seawater and warm).,it was not too busy, enough sun loungers for this time a year, Might be a little bit of a problem in high season. Beach towels were provided and drinks from the bar brought to you outside by the pool or terrace. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, direction Rimini and Riccione. Bikes can be borrowed from the hotel. Restaurants and shops in walking distance. Beach bars plus sun bed/umbrella rentals on the doorstep. All in all it was a great short break and well worth the long drive from home. We will be back.

Our second time at this hotel and we hope to return again. A special thank you to the management and staff who work so hard and made us feel very welcome. We had a sea-view room for which it is worth paying extra. The rooms are perfectly adequate in size. We, along with many other guests, had a half-board arrangement and this is incredible value. Easy access to Rimini centre from the bus stop at the hotel. Rimini Miramare train station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely new board walk adjacent to the hotel and along the beach front has been added since our first visit.

Che dire , tutto nella normalità , di eccelso solo la piscina e la professionalità e gentilezza del bagnino. Ricevi esattamente quello che paghi . Ti lascia un po' sorpreso, il pagare per mezza pensione e dover pagare l'acqua a tavola, anche la prima bottiglia

Buon hotel in linea generale, ma la stanza era piuttosto piccola ed il bagno oltre che piccolo era soprattutto scomodo ; per entrare nella doccia occorreva quasi contorcersi, per non sbattere le gambe contro il bidet. Eravamo di passaggio e siamo rimasti solo una notte, quindi non ho chiesto il cambio camera. Il resto, come ho detto, era tutto positivo : posizione, pulizia, gentilezza degli addetti e soprattutto ottima cena e colazione consumate nel loro ristorante interno.

Direttamente affacciato sulla spiaggia, la camera è accogliente e funzionale, il bagno un po' meno. Il personale è molto gentile e la piscina riscaldata con acqua di mare è molto piacevole. Diversi i servizi a disposizione, tra i quali le biciclette.

abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo hotel....personale fantastico tutti molto professionali gentilissimi ,ti fanno sentire come a casa....la ristorazione il pezzo forte ...superlativa con prodotti di qualità sia per la colazione che per la cena ....pulizia ottima..che dire super consigliato....

hotel direttamente sul mare, ottimo servizio, personale molto disponibile, colazione abbondante che potrebbe essere perfetta aggiungendo dei datteri e delle bacche di gogy Centro benessere piccolino ma curato. Piscina esterna.Se torneremo a Rimini ci torneremo sicuramente

Dieses Hotel hat eine sehr herzliche Seele. Diese wird sowohl durch das Personal als auch durch die Inhaber gepflegt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer de luxe mit Meerblick über TUI gebucht. Unser vorab Wunsch an das Hotel bez. obere Etage und ruhige Lage wurde vom Hotel erfüllt. Wir empfehlen Halbpension zu buchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut, man wählt jeden Abend aus einem anderen 3 Gänge Menü. Die Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen ist super. Das Servicepersonal kann seinen Job bestens und der Inhaber ist jeden Abend während des Essens mit am Start und begrüßt die Gäste, hält einen freundlichen Smalltalk, und unterstützt beim Service. Einfach klasse! Klasse ist auch die Möglichkeit, nach Verfügbarkeit, kostenfrei Fahrräder auszuleihen. Diese sind top in Schuss, wir sind den einen Tag nach Rimini reingefahren ( von Miramare aus ca 20 Minuten), der anderen Tag nach Riccione. Ein tolles Angebot!!! Den Pool und SPA haben wir nicht genutzt. Unser Zimmer war Mini klein ( Architektur 60 Jahre ) das Badezimmer hätte ein “Makeover” nötig. Aber alles wird durch die “Seele” kompensiert!!!
