Will make this short - we were robbed €20 on our first day - we then asked for our room not to be cleaned, but we came back to a cleaner cleaning our room the day after getting robbed - the food is absolutely rancid and I wouldn’t even give it to my dog - you will not get all inclusive drinks if you are staying at the apartment you will have to walk all the way back to the hotel - the cups are dirty, ours had lipstick marks on the top - the apartment looks like a prison Stay here if you wish to be scammed, robbed and fed dog sh*t Also, I wouldn’t trust the safe due to hearing numerous times that the cleaners have access to them

I have only given 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0. This place is a complete scam. Would not recommend anyone book to stay here or book any events at their hotel. My friends and I paid to go to a pool party at the hotel, through their website. When we turned up we were told the party had been cancelled (despite them allowing us to buy tickets two hours prior). It has been 6 weeks and we are still trying to get our money back. The hotel keep saying they will be refunding us soon but we have had to continuously chase them with no sign of us ever actually getting a refund for the event which never took place. It’s completely outrageous and unacceptable. We have been conned by BH.

Don’t know where to start. The best thing was the outdoor pool area. Rooms weren’t too bad, but when you pay for double room and get 2 single beds put together…… that’s an issue. Plastic cups…. Plastic tables, I’m sorry are we in nursery? If you are all inclusive you get 6 alcoholic drinks a day. Which was okay, but that’s not all inclusive. You can only get your drinks from the hotel buffet and not any bars around the pool which I found so stupid. People that book there are basically 18 year old kids that you don’t wana have anything to do with. We did have good time in there but definitely wouldn’t come back to BH apartment suites or to Magaluf. If you want budget holidays that’s exactly what it is, so don’t expect anything more. I have been all inclusive before and this has been the worst place by far

Food bad no lift not aloud around pool after 7 like kids certain days in the slides staff rude would definitely not stay here again I even checked our early would rather be at home, also someone broke me nail I reported it and was told oh well

After reading the reveiws we were worried about coming however most of the comments were very unjustified. In relation to the 3 drink rule, this is Balearic Law not the hotels. The holiday provider would have listed this down when booking. In saying this, the variety of drinks wasn’t great, only beer, wine & cava. food was really good, very good variety. The apartments were a little walk however 5 min maximum, again, not as dramatic as some of the reviews make out. The maids were very friendly and cleaned out room every other day. The location. Is great, 10 min walk to the beach and the *****. The hotel is based in magaluf, so guests should already know what to expect; if they wanted a quieter stay then Palma would have been a better option.

IF YOU CAN REBOOK OR CANCLE NOW THEN DO! what an awful place, staff couldnt have been more miserable, the corridor was full of screaming people from 12am to 8am every night, you get to carry 1 beaker around with you the whole time! they stole my deposit even though i gave them back the reciept at my end of stay, when i said it was theft they threatened to call police! what a load of jokers! avoid if possible! cockroaches, flooded rooms, lack of clening and just generally a hell hole.

We booked here on recommendation of a friend & price. 4 girls on a holiday together. When we read the reviews we were worried. Apart from the apartment being a distance from the restaurant it was amazing! The food was amazing with. Great variety with different food daily. The attention to detail was great. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The pools were amazing, with loads of slides. Rooms were cleaned every other day, air con was amazing. Had absolutely no problems. Will definitely go back

Terrible place to stay as a group of friends. If you loose your wrist band it’s 30 Euro for another one no Joke. We were Not made aware of this at all when we checked in.Absolute rip off . Not only that. They are really strict with drinks.My bed sheets weren’t even changed they had some sort of stain on it never staying here again terms and conditions are absolute BO****CKS

Terrible place to stay as a group of friends. If you loose your band it’s 30 Euro. Joke. Not made aware of this when you check in. Typical money grab. Not only that. They are really strict with drinks. This might have been the place to stay, but it’s not anymore. Avoid at all cost.

We were a party of 13 age range from 22 to 60. ( hen party) after reading the reviews we were all apprehensive about this place but our worries were unfounded. We arrived early to the main reception (13.30) and the queue quickly went down. Only one of our 4 rooms were ready ( check in from 15.00) we were all given our all inclusive wristbands and was able to go to the room that was ready to leave our bags. We were informed that the other 3 rooms would be available from 15.00. We made our way down the road 5 minute walk on the same road. ( this is a massive complex covering a large area) the rooms were clean and the furniture was adequate for our needs. The kitchen area was equipped with everything that is needed for your stay. I couldn’t lock the balcony door so informed the young man in the reception of the apartments using google translate and the door was fixed when I came back from lunch. It appears that there is someone in the reception during daylight hours. There is a pool at these apartment which are quieter than the main pools. The bar in these apartments did not open at all during our stay. You can only get your drinks from the main hotel area. There was a lifeguard on duty until 7pm. There is always plenty of food options which again you can only get in the main area. You need to keep your plastic cup with you but it can be changed for a clean one. Downside of this cup system is you cant get a drink and then go to your apartments. It has to be left at the main complex and a new token given to you. There are security staff on all doors checking for glasses. Like with any hotel you do hear other revellers arriving back at night. During our weekend we did not think the noise was too bad. We all managed to get decent sleep. Check out was easy we placed our bags in a locked store room and had our wristband changed to another colour meaning we could still use the hotel but not the all inclusive. We got our £30 each deposit back straight away. All in all we had an amazing experience I would highly recommend this hotel complex.

Please save your money and don't stay here! Pay the extra to stay in the hotel complex. There is no pool bar or snack bar and the main hotel where drinks and food are provided is a 10 minute walk away. There are no shops or bars surrounding this apartment complex and everything is at least 10 minutes on foot to access.

Giving this 1 star has made me feel sick! Our flight got cancelled by TUI and was moved to BH Mallorca apartments in magaluf!!! Well…….didn’t sleep a wink was just thinking of our safety! Doors being kicked in by those that was either drunk or taken *****! Literally feared for my life when I thought our door was getting kicked in……so we zipped our cases and got out! Reception staff wasn’t bothered neither was the security staff. No wonder they had rooms to accommodate 300 people.

Wouldn't normally write reviews but I felt the need to write one to put other's minds at ease. I was worried about coming here due to other reviews but the place far exceeded my expectations! Obviously it is in Magaluf so a party atmosphere is to be expected but I took some earplugs and an eye mask and didn't once get woken up by drunk people. Paid the €5 a day for the safe to keep valuables safe so nothing got stolen and we didn't trash the room so got our €30 each deposits back on checking out. Apartments, reception areas and pool were clean and comfortable. The main hotel is less than 10 mins walk away for food and drinks. Buffet had a really good range of tasty food, the all inclusive drink situation wasn't great but there's a shop very close with lots of well priced alcohol that you can take into the hotel and around the pool. One tip would be to check out before 11am as the queues by that time were insane! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

After seeing various TikTok’s regarding the resort we dreaded our stay. We booked for 7 days/6 nights with love holidays, didn’t realise we’d be in the apartments but so we were. Upon arrival we weren’t given much help in finding these apartments at 2am, they are around 10 min away from the main resort. You do have access to all the facilities within the main resort, where you find the restaurant, water slides and main pools. The apartments themselves are average, nothing really to complain about, it was clean and modern to a standard. The view from your bedroom does look like prison though. Theft is definitely apparent with the cleaners, €10 was left next to one of our beds and it was gone when we returned, we locked our cases and didn’t unpack. We also found the cleaning staff to be very rude and ignorant, banging on the doors at half 9 in the morning - fair enough if it was the afternoon. The apartments are very noisy, however it is Magaluf so what do you expect😂 you do get used to it, but I wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper. The food isn’t great, everything is lukewarm, you rarely see fresh food being brought out, but there is something for everyone I suppose. Drinks. Soft drinks you can get from the restaurant through a self serve or at the bar. Upon arrival you can claim a plastic cup which you reuse for the whole duration of your stay. Although it saves on waste, I find it quite unhygienic as you have no washing facilities, and when you take your cup to the bar they just fill it up again, I think I received a new cup once in the week. Alcohol is limited, but that is the law In the area. Options include wine and beer. The pools areas are good, there are several, depending on what you like. The island beach club have pool parties like every day and you get free access if you are staying within the resort. Location is great, 10 min walk to the beach and the main *****, close vicinity to shops, restaurants etc. One thing that really annoyed me during my stay was on our last day we arrived at check out early after seeing the queues previously, our wristbands were taken off and we were told that we no longer had access to food or drink facilities. Baring in mind our flight wasn’t until 6pm that evening, meaning we had to purchase food/drink, which we shouldn’t have had to do after paying for the full day as part of our holiday. I think it’s absolutely disgusting, I have stayed in many hotels that offer all inclusive etc and never have I heard of this in my life. Also another thing I thought was funny is they cut our wifi connection😂
