Loud dogs barking at 5am , kids screaming and running down hallway as well

Enjoyed our stay for the most part but 2nd night the floor above us was loud til midnight. I called to complain at 1030pm but the stomping didn't stop til midnight. The front desk staff were not very friendly and didn't seem to care much about our complaint. Was convenient to be close to the parks but won't spend this much money again for a mediocre experience.

Great hotel. Very clean inside hotel and the room. Easy checking in and out. Have stayed at Tru before in a different city and would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location of the hotel. Tried to check in at 1:30 but no rooms ready. Which is understandable. Waited about 30-45 mins and they had a room ready. There is a hooters across the street to eat and close to some shops.

The whole property looks been renovated and stylish. The room was nice, clean Cons: felt the room small in size, missed body shower in bathroom as I could asked for it but didn’t. Will stay again if they still afordable

Great hotel. Safe neighborhood with lots of eateries. Breakfast spread. Pool table. Indoor pool was comfortable but could have been warmer. 20 minutes away from Riverwalk.

Was dissatisfied with the bedding. The “blanket” was very thin almost like a sheet. Pillows were a little worn. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great.

nice and clean hotel, check in very easy, location conveniet near freeway. love that shampoo and soap were not small travel size tubes because they are never enough for family of 3-4. They had large containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash fixed to shower wall. I would stay here again. Recommend eating at Gran Tequilas for breakfast.

My only problem was with the fire alarm like 3 or 4th times but not sure if someone smokes or used vapes . Room was very clean bed comfy love the lotion shampoo and body wash. We always got clean towels breakfast omg amazing thank you

Pay the deposit fee in cash, I paid with card anc till the date 50 of each room has not been returned

It was a great option for a pet friendly hotel. Very comfortable and good breakfast.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and dining area (for the free breakfast only, no restaurant otherwise) are huge with plenty of space and during the day fairly quiet for working. Breakfast food was pretty good and servers were very nice. Honestly, my biggest complaint was the coffee was absolutely horrible, basically coffee water, and only available in the lobby. The surrounding area is bare-bones and must be fairly new as absolutely nothing in walking distance; yet with typical TX feeder-road site location, it was really easy to jump on highway and go a few exits down for whatever restaurants or other needs you have.

My flight arrived late. I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 A.M. an alarm went off at 3 in the morning for no reason. I tried to go back to sleep but a plumbing pipe was gurgling all morning so I did not sleep at all. I let it be known to the front desk and all I received was “we’ll look at it”. That was it. Terrible stay.
