Hotel St Pierre Reviews

The hotel looks decent at first, but the room was very small, dark, and uncomfortable. The whole arrangement was illogical, one chair for two guests, wardrobe blocking the window and no bedside table, only a small shelf with an old cord phone (that didn't even have dial tone, so why??). I tossed the phone under the bed to have a bit of space for my stuff but we were stumbling over our bags and stuff all the time. The room was looking over rooftops and another hotel, no view. To our dismay, there was no balcony and all terraces were locked from the guests stuck with a shoecloset like ours. The bedding consists of one sheet for blanket, which was not enough in 18 degrees so we used the extra plush blankets which dirtied our beds - they had sand in them, a previous guest must have taken them to the beach. See attached pictures. Alarming, since the last time it was beach time had been 7-8 months ago so this means the extra blankets in the wardrobe are not washed or even shaken out for months (or maybe ever). Absolutely disgusting. We found the handsoap dispenser empty and during our stay it was never refilled. We did not know about the wall sockets being different from ours so we didn't have appropriate chargers. When I asked for an adapter they said they had none - we later found adapters in shops for 1.5 €. A hotel should invest in a few of those I think... The reception doesn't speak English but they are more than ready to recite War and Peace for you in Italian, not caring weather you understand or not, so good luck keeping up with that. When sitting at the tables outside the hotel, burning cigarette butts were thrown down at us from one of the balconies. That should tell you a lot about the guests that go there. The breakfast was great but the room was deplorable. I give the 2 stars just because of the breakfast, but we'd never go back here and we can't recommend this place. It reeks of neglect. It must have been nice once upon a time, but now, it needs serious upgrades and much much better housekeeping.

Just of a older hotel. Staff was very nice, great location (right next to a bus station to San Marino, 20 minute walk to train station), and room was all we needed.

Very good location, short walk to the train station and just next to the beach. Housekeeping doesn't seem to bother too much about cleaning. Breakfast was okayish, but lack of fresh vegatables e.g. tomatos, cucumbers etc, they have plenty of cakes and cookies available but those are all prepacked, not fresh products, also not healthy. First day of my stay there were delicious and fresh croissants, however the next day they had the artificial prepacked ones, you could clearly taste the difference, absolutely horrible. The hotel was good price overall, so not gonna complain too much.

With a few changes, this could be a wonderful hotel. I really wanted to like it. Having said that, I stayed in the cottages across from the main hotel in room 206. I enjoyed the courtyard and the feeling of being tucked away from the main street. It allowed for family and friends to gather outside when the weather was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. I was disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. Thick dust was present on the fire sprinklers and exposed pipes. The floor was not clean. I wasted water and wiped it up with a white towel and it came up black. Housekeeping did come and mop when requested. One of the chairs was stained. The window sills had peeling paint and were dirty. I was alarmed when we plugged in 2 ring lights in separate outlets. One sizzled. Then the power went out in the room next door. A storm blew in overnight and the shutters banged against the building all night.

Lovely little hotel! I would stay there again!

Save your money and sleep in your car. More comfortable. Or spend a little more on something alot better. You won’t regret it.

Rude staff. The lady in the reception always yelled at us, everytime we asked her about anything. That is a strange way to ask towards customers. The parking is in a shared parking lot and you have one key for the whole hotel 5 min away. We spend 1 hours getting our car because someone put the wrong padlock on with another key. Hotel is nice and clean except the service. And it’s the best location in Rimini

Ottimo hotel, rispecchia pienamente le 3 stelle posizione eccezionale. Ambiente interni molto curati, da rinfrescare un po' le stanze, però è stato l'unico hotel dove in camera era pieno di prese. Pulizia ottima, personale gentile e preparato, colazione internazionale ottima. Unica pecca il parcheggio non sempre disponibile lungo la strada.

Hotel molto comodo in quanto si trova praticamente sul viale che costeggia il mare, viale Regina Elena, e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione FS. Di perse non è male, camera molto ampia, buffet colazione ricco e ben presentato, personale molto gentile. Si perdono un po’ nei particolari: al soffione della doccia mancavano dei pezzi di rifinitura e perdeva acqua, la sedia aveva la seduta sfondata (subito sostituita), gli attaccapanni erano per la maggiora il filo di ferro, quelli che ti da la tintoria.

Si sa che con i 3 stelle puoi aspettarti qualunque cosa, dall'hotel di ottimo livello alla stamberga. Ecco, diciamo che questo hotel è molto lontano dal primo e molto vicino alla seconda. Non si salva veramente nulla, a parte la gentilezza del personale. Per il resto viene voglia di starci il meno possibile

Ottima posizione, facile accesso ai trasporti, colazione molto buona, personale molto cordiale e attento.

Hotel buono, cifra assolutamente conveniente, molto accogliente
