Like the service and cleaning and a very top breakfast, but the location leaves something to be desired, the street is a little empty at night

Good service, good service, the facilities are a little old and sometimes need painting, bathroom mirrors are old and worn, but overall it's good due to the location.

I won’t go there again next time. I’ll give you a single room in a triple room. The environment is very poor and you can’t see the sun.

The location is in the central area.

Cons: Hotel with small rooms and old-fashioned furniture, in my room - small bathroom with no blindex shower, no level between the shower space and the toilet, so the room is very wet and the bathroom is terrible

The experience with Pompeu hotel was excellent. Great service, the hotel facilities are great and the breakfast too. All in line with the price paid.

Worst place in Rio de Janeiro, horrible customer service! The lady at the recepcion at the day is the worst customer worker I have ever met, she doesn't have any human sense not even knows how to deal with customers, never again!

The rooms were filthy with stains and hair everywhere, the shower head had mold all in it, we walked around bare foot for merely minutes and the soles of our feet were black. The room was so bad we had to leave and find somehwere new. The only thing good about this place was the front desk workers as they were nice but I would not not recommended this place to anyone.

I wouldn't stay there again. The area the hotel is localized is too dangerous

Reasonable, the very basic coffee lacks a lot to be good, basically coffee, milk, artificial juice, tea, fruits (melon/watermelon/papaya), French bread and pan, scrambled eggs, sausage with moho, cheese and ham and cake, Regarding cleaning, we were not warned about having to put a notice on the door to clean, even though there was no paper, only after complaining they gave it to us and it was cleaned, more or less there was paper on the floor from the first day and it stayed there until the last day. Anyway, basic hosting

Bad smell inside the room, old towels, room cleaning not carried out when requested, air conditioning not adjusted, remote controls did not work...

Excellent service from the staff. Very kind and cordial people. Very good availability in all our consultations. Facilities perhaps lack a little modernity, but the place is not very good. Thank you so much.
