Historical hotel with European styles architecture, including multiple courtyards and a chapel.

The hotel is a Spanish building with a very good environment. The parking fee is 30 US dollars a night.

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room can actually be opened! The breeze blows very comfortably at night!

The property is ranging and fabulous, hot tub, salt pool spa with massages. Several in house restaurants. across the street from the Cheech, a museum that features Chicana/o/x art worth the trip

Poor indifferent service, not friendly, seemed irritated by any questions. Furniture badly in need of refurbishing,chipped tables,worn and torn upholstery. Lumpy uncomfortable mattress, No wash clothes, cheap thin toilet paper and facial tissues. In short they present themselves as a high end luxury hotel with moderately high prices,but service and everyday amenities were definitly budget oriented. Positive exemptions were our waiter at las Campanas and the parking valet employees

The historical hotel was absolutely beautiful! The staff was professional and helpful! The room was clean and comfy! We enjoyed the balcony. The hotel has many areas to explore and enjoy! We would stay again.

Sadly stayed in a room with maintenance issues that made sleeping impossible the first night of our stay. We were not able to switch rooms until the afternoon of the second day of our stay. We were advised a manager would review the situation and reach out to discuss a partial refund due to the exceptionally poor room condition, but no one reached out. We even left message on the mangers voicemail with a summary of the situation and our contact info, but still did not receive a response. The hotel itself was beautiful, but we will not be back due to the poor customer service.

Property was beautiful but aging. Staff was great, but checkout at 11:00 am was very slow with a long line since there was only one staff member processing checkout. Reinforcements (eventually 3 more) arrived 15 minutes later. Our quaint room (room 148) was noisy (south wing, balcony facing the courtyard entrance and pool). Bathroom toilet whistled faintly (aging valve) and aging flapper leaked. Flushed toilet can be heard loudly in the shower drain. Shower curtain rod was loose (pulling from wall at the top of the brackets) and the rounded bar drooping downward instead of curved outward pulling shower curtain away from the walls. No wash cloths so we just used our own loofahs. First night (of two) we just closed the bathroom door and went to dinner downstairs. Next morning at 6:43 (Valentine’s Day) we were awakened by intermittent noise of a compressor used to clean something in the courtyard restaurant below. We ate at two of the restaurants and the food and staff met our high expectations. The second night we were awakened by the toilet flushing on its own and the loud rumbling in the bathtub drain. We found the Mission Inn’s history fascinating.

We were hoping the check in would be easier though their were a lot of people in line and it was taking forever to get the room keys. I would say that was the only downfall to this hotel. The room was great and spacious the location is amazing. The lights were up for Valentines were so inviting.

Timeless and elegant. Beautiful place for a Valentine's Day getaway or anytime. Just beautiful and serene. Some might find it a bit dated but they're missing the point. It's a beautiful and lovingly cared for gem with tons of character and history

Beautiful resort. Great service. I love tequila and went to several places that claimed to have good tequila. The Tequila bar at mission inn had the best small cultivated Agave selection I've seen anywhere in my travels outside of Mexico. My one and only complaint is they didn’t have washcloths. But my family and I had a great time!

This was a charming place with so much beautiful history. Staff was so kind and I would definitely come again.

We stayed in room 303. It’s a corner room and very dark. We have stayed at the mission inn before and loved it. However, this time we stayed on Valentine’s Day and our room was right next to a busy street and you could hear the clubs until 2am. Then there was power washing outside starting at 2am until almost 4am. We did not get much sleep. We were offered ear plugs for the noise. We were not offered a discount for this inconvenience. If you stay here, make sure you don’t have a corner room.
