Water leak through bathroom ceiling light. Fuite d'eau par les lumières du plafond de la salle de bain.

There was no water in the room and reception was closed when I arrived since there is nothing nearby to this location I slept thirsty. Additionally, there was no toothpaste in the kit. Lastly, I was disappointed because the coffee maker was so filthy that I didn’t consider to have a coffee in the morning as well.

The staff went out of her way to be helpful. We were earlier there than expected and since our room was not ready yet, she suggested another room that was more suitable for my wife. Greatly appreciated. Recommend !!!

Older property and some of the rooms are quite small, at least ours was smaller than anticipated. Parking was a small headache. The location is great! It is “Old Quebec” and that was the vibe we were hoping to experience. Easy walking distance to soo much! Maria was very helpful. She obviously cares about her work and makes the extra effort. A true asset.

Location is excellent as it is right next to the Frontenac Chateau. There is no parking and the closest parking is about 10 minutes walk near St. Jean st. That was not really a problem for us as we are familiar with the old town. The building is a beautiful old building couple hundred years old at least. I love staying in these buildings. Unfortunately our room was the smallest I've ever seen and this was not our first stay in the area. Bathroom was not too clean and drain was clogged which I reported.

Location. Next door to Fairmont Hotel and St. Lawrence River. Walkable. Friendly staff when we arrived. Cute rooms facing park. Unfortunately construction up street making it difficult to access.

Was very bad. stayed there 2 nights and shower did not work. Owner/manager came in after 8pm to fix and did not still work. Attitudes were not good. Communication not good either

Fantastic location right on the Governors Garden and 1 minute walk to the chateau Frontenac which we had a great view of from our room (room 7 Romantique). We had requested 16 or 14 so was disappointed when we were given 7 which was much smaller; too small. But it did have a great view, huge bath for 2, and comfy bed. So overall was great. No breakfast options and surprisingly not that easy to find nearby.

The room door was difficult to open especially from inside. The shower was very complex to operate with no instructions. GREAT AFFORDABLE LOCATION.

I love the location. All the attractions in old Quebec is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. I can see the Dufferin terrace and the chateau Frontenac on my window very clearly and it is only 2 minute walk from the hotel. Front desk staff Maria is very pleasant and accomodating. However room doesn't have a safe box to put in your valuables while touring the city. We went there in a hot month and used a lot of ice however there is this one staff member who prohibited us to get more than 2 bags /day or else we have to pay the extra. Mind you the ice is in the quart size ziploc bag which is not much. Parking is not a problem as they have a parking card in a garage a couple of blocks from the hotel that cost $20/day.

This property definitely could use some updating and cleaning. The bed/bedding wasn’t comfortable And this FOH staff was rude and unhelpful.

Very nice well located property. Would highly recommend if you would like to walk to most places. We stayed in the condo and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location to the old city. Unfortunately the property itself and rooms left a lot to be desired. The door to my he room was warped and stuck. The steps up and down with luggage were difficult

Great location close to the terrace and Frontenac. Room is quite compact but everything works and had a view from small window. No elevator, but we knew that. Pillows were not great (flat).
