Super organized, great room, excellent breakfast and complete service, 5 stars

The location is very convenient. The sister at the front desk is very nice.

Nice hotel with adequate facilities. Rooms spacious enough with a mini fridge & kettle. Beds a bit on the firm side. Bathroom products save bringing your own & smelled nice. (Hair conditioner would be needed) although the hairdryer is useless! Food from the bar is fine but service can be slow if busy. Breakfast is continental style. Yoghurts, boiled egg, selection of bread with a toaster, jams, cheese, hams, fresh fruit, cereal. Fresh orange, juices, coffee machine. More than adequate. Easy to get to local bar/restaurants & cafes

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, good sized rooms, good facilities, decent breakfast, good views, spacious and modern, helpful staff. The hotel is quite busy with a lot going on so it is not the quietest, but a good family and corporate hotel. It is located a short train journey from Barcelona but the trains are regular and cheap. The town of Sant Cugat is lovely with good shops, bars and cafes and an old Monastery which is worth visiting as well as a town square for Al Fresco drinking and dining.

The hotel is a nicev4* hotel, scandinavian style decor, we had the larger room which is spaciouse. The place is clean and service very attentive and polite. Location- as long as you want to be in Sant Cugat- cannot be any better. Easy access to the train into center Barcelona ( about 25 minutrs) And the city its self is calm, beautiful, packed with restaurants and cafes and people realy freindly. We had a Great stay.

Great hotel, not only because being comfortable and well located, but also for listening to customer and addressing requests. It was our second stay, this time, even better than our first one.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the El Sant Cugat. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed wandering the streets of Sant Cugat. We also liked the proximity of the train station to get into Barcelona. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel in a great location with very friendly staff, will stay there again. While loading our car out front on the property, two of our luggage pieces were stolen and I was surprised that the Hotel do not have any cctv covering the loading and unloading area. I think they really should install this to protect their customers from on site robbers.

The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Most speak English but it wasn't expected. Americans need to be reminded that European hotels don't have microwaves so order meals accordingly. We could not have been happier with the room and location. So nice to return to after going to Barcelona. The train ride is quick and great value in staying here. Highly recommend.

Stayed here again, this time for only one night. It is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast has improved greatly and services are very good. Nicely located if you wish to stay local, although you can get trains to Barcelona and takes around an hour.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff and a decent buffet breakfast BUT the beds are too hard. Quality of sleep is very thing for me (I don’t need anything else really) and this is the reason for my rating. Also the a/c wasn’t working and the room was far too hot largely because the fridge is generating so much heat

Hotel in strategic area, and it is clean and confortable with nice efficient staff. Has been not much nice the breakfast, I expected more types of foods and has been not comfortable have a breakfast with a manager that check all and spy what gues eat. Maybe a less presence will be appreciated.
