If you go on business trip to the headquarters, you must choose this place. The hotel and food are very good. I like and enjoy it very much. There are outlet stores around, where you can eat, drink, shop and so on.

The staff were all really welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely, and the shower was lovely and hot which is an important factor for me. Provided the perfect place to crash after attending a wedding. I also have a dairy intolerance (not life threatening) and the staff next door were fantastic at providing me with an allergen friendly meal, freshly made to ensure it was safe for me to eat without being unwell.

Everything as expected from Premier Inn. Lovely service, clean room, decent breakfast. My personal dislikes were the new mattress was not as comfortable as the old ones. I personally loved the old ones you could sink into. They are now hard and bouncy. The shower being overhead is no good if you don’t want to wash your hair. I feel sure I’m not alone on this! Other than those personal preferences, all was excellent.

All staff were just fabulous. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious enough with all the usual tea and coffee facilities. However, what stood out for me most were the staff at Brewers they were all fabulous, chatty, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. It was a pleasure to stay there!

DO NOT ACCEPT ANY ROOM ABOVE 152!!! This is the old part of the hotel with old ID3 rooms and it has ZERO water pressure. This review is forcing me to write at least 200 characters so ignore this part and I'll just say blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

I couldn’t fault this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was super clean, comfortable and quiet for my stop off on a long journey. The price was better than most others aswell. I got a great rest and would definitely stay here again :)

The stay was exceptional and was greatly facilitated by the attitude of the staff, especially Mandy because I had to put away my work equipment every day. Regarding the room, it was clean as expected and very quiet... I'm looking forward to going back.

Efficient friendly staff. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Suited our requirements perfectly. Inn next door was ok.

Premier Inn mostly great as expected but was spoilt by quilt being warm which would have been fine if the room was very cold - window open in winter or good air con, but I would not stay there again in warmer weather unless they had a 4 tog quilt.

We stopped off here because it was half point of our journey. We we're not let down at all. Great welcome when we arrived, great size room and a comfortable bed. The pub next door had a great menu, the breakfast was outstanding, great selection from cooked to fruit. So all in all i would recommend it.

No aircon so can't turn temperature down below 19 degrees - together and a warm duvet this makes bed experience too warm for me. Breakfast a bit uninspiring - only choices in promised "selection" of yogurts were strawberry and plain Greek (same at another recent PI stay). Fruit salad looked a bit sad and too much apple. Berry selection also rather unappealing. Still miss the smoothie option that was on the PI breakfast menu for a while as I like that instead of milk on my cereal. Overall looks as if PI is trying to save money in the breakfast dept.

Stayed here for family reasons so wasn't expecting much, but wow such friendly staff, very helpful and courteous. Food was brilliant including breakfast. Would stay here again. My only gripe was the rom was bight and had a double bed and a single bed and I wanted to take my granddaughter at the last minute to see her great great granddad but because of her age being 17 i would of had to book another room as p.i policy is only 2 adults per room which seemed crazy when there was 3 beds and the room was so big so i couldn't afford nearly £100 for an extra room so had to leave her at home.

We are staying here at the moment and it’s a lovely hotel and just off the motorway. Soft play and playground for Kids. Perfect location to visit family in Derbyshire. The only thing that let it down for us is no where to sterilise baby bottles for our 5 month old. We had brought sterilising bags to put in the microwave but no microwave anywhere not in the restaurant. They said they couldn’t put them in their microwave. They said they could bring out a bowl boiling water but not safe around our other 3 year old daughter and would not be a big enough bowl for 3 bottles. We have had to plan our days out more carefully to sort out where to sterilise the bottles. It’s a shame that sterilising bottles is still so difficult in hotels!
